The girls that work there in front are fantastic. Very helpful and tentative to your needs. Nurse practitioner was great. Listened very well gave me meds accordingly to my heath needs . I would highly recommend this Urgent Care. Fabulous!

Such a welcoming staff and provider. Definitely a hidden gem in our neighborhood. If you want to forgo the wait times from the chain urgent care centers and receive personalized care, I highly recommended you come here. Their genuine care, concern and support was felt throughout my visit. And again, I absolutely loved my provider and the staff.

I highly recommend Wellmed Urgent Care. Been going since they opened and have many friends and family that use them also. They have excellent Drs Nurses and medical staff. They thoroughly examine you and give excellent advice and treatment. Nothing like it in the area! You leave feeling relieved and glad you went there.

Update 9/1/25: Sarah was so kind and friendly and helpful! Just note that they only take, cash, checks and ZELLE (fyi: There is a Chase bank across the street) Wow!! What a great experience. Kathleen was a great provider. I came in with my son, she was fun and playful with him, but also talked to him like a little adult to ask him about his symptoms. They gave him a lollipop 🍭 Its a small medical practice, but I would absolutely go there again for any urgent care needs.

I had a great experience at Mill Basin Urgent Care. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and attentive from the moment I walked in. The facility is very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. I truly appreciate the efficient service and the genuine care they showed.

I wish they were a family practice and not an urgent care - even though they treat everyone as if they were their regular patients. Their wait time isn't long, they have every test under the sun - except an X-ray machine but they give you a script and call to get you in the same day. I also love how they follow up. The doctors are very experienced and truly care. I go there my my regular provider isn't in. But what sealed it for me to go there a I've the others in the neighborhood was when I had an emergency over the summer and ran there when my son was overheated from camp. They treated him immediately (he didn't need fluids but they had if he did) and wouldn't let me leave for a good 30 mins after he was ok, just so they can watch him and also for me - I was a wreck. I highly recommend them!

Usially this place is great. But this time doctor took her sweet time to come. When she came. She said " I'll just be 5 more minutes" and took 15. Otherwise great modern place with people that helped me.

Came in here tonight fire an asthma attack and the ladies & 1 man at the front desk were very responsive to my attack. I'm in tears from the kindness and care they showed me. They could of easily turned me away since the doctor just left, but they didn't. They did a fabulous job. I recieved my medication tonight and I'm resting. Highly recommend this urgent care, if the front desk is this kind and knowledgeable I can only imagine how the doctor(s) are. Thank you so much, I truly will cherish your kindness to me.

Love this place! Everytime I go there are never any wait times. I personally love Fenya but the other doctors are also ok. Fenya actually was able to get the correct diagnosis for my son and give him the proper meds and had us come back so he can check again before we left for our trip. She is very attentive. Again, my personal fav practitioner of choice! All staff are super duper nice esp front desk :)
