We were planning on moving to Lakewood Ranch from California this summer. I did not know anybody in the area and randomly emailed Mike by chance. Mike literally called.me about 3 minutes after I sent the email. I explained I had a complicated situation and wasn't sure if I was going to purchase or rent. Mike completely understood and was.more than willing to work with us. Communication was great and he immediately started sending me listing's after I gave him the details of what we were looking for. We flew down and Mike had about ten listings set up and ready for us to view. Mike was very knowledgeable about the area and was very patient as we looked at numerous houses. We decided to.make an offer on a house and Mike negotiated a deal we feel was very solid for us. Mike also had a great Lender (David Buck) who was able to get us an awesome loan at a below market rate. Mike communicated with us throughout the escrow process and closing went very smooth.
