Our 16 year old garage door opener finally bit the dust so I called Mike Garage Door Repair for some quick help. They sent a tech out (Jackson) in 3 hours and he got a new one installed in a little over an hour. Very easy to work with and thoroughly explained operation and warranty. Had used them once before in 2018 to replace garage door braces. Dependable and quick work back then, too.

8/3/23 - Jackson worked on my garage door today. He was super knowledgeable regarding garage door repair. He was efficient and very honest about what was needed for the garage door set up to be running effectively. Next time I need repair, I’ll be calling Mike’s again, specifically Jackson! Thank you!

Needed quick repair to my tenants’ garage door. Not only was the original service window I was given for the tech to show up surprisingly soon (less than two hours later than the time I was calling), but they called back to say they could be there even earlier. Robert, the technician was very pleasant and professional, took a look, gave me a flat and fair price, and told me it could take up to 40 mins. Even 4O mins would have been fantastic, but he was able to get us back on track (pun intended) in less than 20! All told, I was only out of the office for less than an hour, the door works perfectly again, and my tenants are thrilled that their belongings aren’t exposed. I will be using Mike’s for all my needs moving forward.

Greeley Garage Door answered my call the first time I called! That was 2:42 pm. The springs on my garage door were replaced and the technician was gone by 4:42. The technician was very nice and professional. He even lubricated the rollers for us. The price was reasonable and there was a 10% coupon on the website for spring replacement. Very Happy Customer here!

High quality service. Very prompt and kind people.

I have dealt with several garage door service companies in the past and this company has been the best for us. They called me back right away, the technician was polite and respectful, completed the repair (the railing and sensor issues from a car backing into them), checked other parts for potential damage, within 1/2 hour. The cost was $169. Some may say that is way too much, and it may be as I have not shopped around. I am NOT rich, but nowadays, I value quality work that lasts over cheaper work that requires multiple visits. Quite happy with the results.

My whole experience with Mike's Garage Door Repair was excellent. The day I called to schedule, the phone was answered in the first ring or two. They were prepared to send someone out that very day; however, I had to schedule the repair for a later date due to my schedule. Scheduled my appointment a couple weeks out with no issue. I was told I would be one of the first appointments of the day, and the service tech did show up before 9:00! The gentleman that fixed my wall garage door opener was efficient, professional and friendly. He even taught me about a function that I didn't know my garage door system even was capable of so very happy with my experience. Nice to have the garage door opener working again! Thanks so much:) Would definitely recommend this company.

Called for an appointment, my phone call was answered immediately, appointment was scheduled same day. Got a call back saying the technician was finished with an appointment earlier than expected, and he was on his ways over, that was almost 2 hour difference from what my original appointment was posted. Ride on!

Their bid was extremely fair. Great communications all along the way. They called ahead when they were set to arrive 5 mins early. They delivered the exact product bid, did a solid install, cleaned up, and hauled away the old doors. The 2 car door runs quiet and smooth. The 1 car door doesn't have a power opener the space is used as a woodworking shop. The door is adjusted perfectly for zero gravity. Open it part way, it stays put. Easy to lift and doesn't come down fast. I highly recommend Garage Door Repair Brothers.

I called around noon. The door was broken and half open with the car inside. Robert and another man came to give an estimate that afternoon. They got my car out of the garage and got the door shut and said they’d be back the next day. But they came back hour or two later and installed the door. They could not have nicer nor more efficient. So thankful for their quick response as we had a nice snow that night.

Marquez was amazing! Arrived slightly before appointment. Very honest. Professional and friendly. We had a broken spring on a weird set up. He Gave us options and absolutely no pressure. He had all the necessary parts on his truck and was able to convert our system and is now operating correctly. Al in less then 2 hrs! I recommend this company. Gabriel replaced all three garage door openers for the home we just purchased to make them smart garage doors and he was wonderful! I had a broken spring on my big garage door. I called them first thing in the morning to see if they could fix it sometime this week. They sent a technician out that morning and Olathe spring was replaced before lunch. I couldn’t get a hold of a couple other door repair services in Cheyenne so I couldn’t really compare prices so I had to go with what they charged me. It was a little expensive, partly because of the rising cost of steel these days, but the work was beyond the scope of my knowledge and I didn’t have the springs and tools handy so it was worth the money. Next time one breaks though, I’ll try to save some cash and replace it myself since I now know how to do it.

Alex arrived just as we scheduled. One quick look at my garage door sensor set up he was able to show me exactly what was going on with the reason for its failure to open or close. He quickly corrected the issue. My dog and myself were in the garage while Alex completed the job and saved me some large costs by giving me choices of the levels of repairs from basically rewiring the previous owners laziness to just making it work as it was but making it a more robust set up. Thanks again Alex.

Wow! All I can say is call this company if you need a garage door repair!!
