Mike was very straight to the point since the beginning. He was also pro active since day 1. He was providing guidance and advice on where to go and what to do in different case scenario. Although my situation was very complicated as I was struggling financially due to the increase of interest rates, we end up finding a way out that fits my current situation. I didn’t know searching for a mortgage could offer different avenues for you to explore and at the end of the day , pick the one that suits you better.
I have come a long way. Mike is not just a mortgage broker , he is also a financial adviser who follows up with you even after you close the deal. He won’t let you down and move to the next client. That’s an add-on due to the specificity of the current market. Thanks again Mike.

Can I give Mike Cara a 10-star review? Is that possible?? 😁😁

We were so fortunate to have worked with Mike for our mortgage renewal, and the first time using a broker. He was excellent from beginning to end, explaining the process of working with a broker, working diligently to find the best possible solution to our mortgage.

We had a very unique renewal situation, with respect to income and employment, and even when we thought all was lost with one lender Mike was astute enough to do some more research and find a lender who was able to work with us.

We genuinely felt like he cared about getting us the best possible mortgage that would make our financial situation as sustainable as possible so that we would be well set up for the next mortgage.

We recommend Mike very highly and know that he will work to help everyone to the best of his ability. We will definitely be calling him when it's time to renew again!!
