GoogleWe recently used Metro Wide Movers to relocate to a new address and they made the entire experience less stressful. Jerrica and her fellow office workers were always patient and courteous every time I called with questions or changed our inventory. The 3 men who moved our belongings were very respectful of our belongings, no broken items or damages. They took special care on our wood floors. They were on time and worked very hard making things much easier for us.

GooglePositive: Professionalism, Responsiveness My schedule was between 8:00AM and 10:00AM. At 7:45AM I was called and told they would be at my place at 8:15 and they were right on time. There were 3 men that were ready for work and they worked as a team and they didn't stop loading or unloading until they were finished. As locked up my place and took things I wanted to take with me, they drove to my new place, and were backed up the driveway, had the ramp down and ready to unload. They were.friendly but neat and knew what to do. I had most boxes labeled by room but when a boxed wasn't labeled, they asked where it should go. They took beds apart and asked where I wanted furniture put and set up. I was impressed how they put moving blankets on the sides doorways so not to scratch furniture or door jams. I have moved a lot in my life, and by far, these 3 men knew what to do and best. It is the second time in 6 years I have used.Metro Wide Movers and I felt they were great each time. This move maybe better. I did call 3 other moving companies for prices. Metro Wide did have the highest price, but because I liked them 6 years ago, I decided to pay the difference from 1 company $225 less The men were experienced. They didn't complain if some of the furniture was heavy or was moved around corners or down stairs. I checked out the truck and it was clean, dust free and even the moving blankets they used were neatly folded and plus they plastic wrapped some. Using Metro Wide Movers twice was a good decision for me. I wouldn't hesitate using them again.

We definitely went over time though but it's because apparently I have a lot of stufffffff so it cost more than I expected but it was worth it because I could not have moved all of this stuff myself. Then they had us moved into our new house in about 30 minutes! All without damaging anything. I will definitely recommend Metro Wide Movers to everyone I know!

Their team is on-time, polite, and super fast. I love their website and being able to do our quote and inventory entirely online and via the phone with their great customer service. They take the right precautions with your stuff and home so they don't cause any damage. They have the best pricing compared to many other popular moving services in the city with both fixed priced and hourly rates. I've gotten estimates from multiple moving companies, and these guys blow them away. I was told it would take 3 guys and 8 hours to move from my 2nd floor 3br apt. to our new 2nd floor 2 br apt and cost about $1200. Metro Wide moved it all in 4 hours with 2 guys for under $1k. Would highly recommend.

The job went longer than estimated and they were troopers through it all. They were very kind, polite, and courteous including professional….we never felt like they weren’t working or taking to long and made sure everything was in the right place. Even when a stack of boxes went to different places they took care of it. Just can’t recommend them enough. They are the only moving company we’ll ever use!!

I could plan for the items I could move myself and what needed to be moved by MWM. Movers were courteous and very accomodating. They worked carefully and fast. Would highly recommend!

The first move with Frisk Brothers was an absolute disaster with multiple pieces of expensive furniture dropped and broken with virtually no compensation for their negligence. The Metrowide crew showed up for our second move exactly on time. The crew was awesome. Not one piece of furniture was damaged and zero damage to the freshly painted walls in our new home. They did the job in half of the time that it took with the first move. They were a bit more expensive than our first movers but in the end it was a much better value since I don't have to spend a fortune replacing any damaged furniture. Our crew of Adam, Tim and John were courteous, pleasant and very hard working. I recommended Metrowide to the new residents of our old home and they were equally thrilled with the moving experience.

GoogleI was very impressed and excited how they wiggled my local move into the same day I called. They were very quick but seemed a little rough with taking down beds and moving out. Was charged a minimum of two hours with three men at a charge of $567. It was only a 5+ minute drive between houses and they were done in a total of 45 minutes. I thought the pricing was a little steep for that little of a move but very glad they were able to move me the same day. I wished I would’ve had them move a few more things for that price. I felt I should have gotten a cheaper rate. But I will be using them again to move things back to original house. 😃

Metrowide is local here in the KC area, and was extremely affordable as well. They were highly responsive leading up to my move, and I changed my inventory of items to be moved several times with no issue. The day of the move the guys were extremely professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to move in this area. Both the cost and quality were top-notch.
