I was recommended to Dr. Mary by a few family members that had used her services and had tremendous success. This was my first experience with a weight loss program and I didn’t know what to expect and was worried that it may be too complicated to follow as a young professional living in the city. I am pleased to say that this program and Dr. Mary herself have exceeded all of my expectations. The simplicity of the program combined with the incredible level of hands on support that you receive makes it nearly impossible to not see results. The program is less of a diet and more of a lifestyle change. I am loving the food that I am eating and feel better than I have in years. In my first 6 weeks I was able to lose 25 pounds, something that would never happen throughout my years of intensely working out, and more importantly I have learned so much about how to make healthy choices that are sustainable. Dr. Mary is such a wealth of knowledge and does a fabulous job of tailoring the program to my personal goals and lifestyle. I highly recommend this program - my only regret is that I didn’t do this years ago! Thank you so much for changing my life! :)

Whoever said you can’t teach an old dog new tricks never met Dr. Mary Luther! Since I had my first discussion with her in January and started my weight loss journey I have lost 27 pounds but most importantly, I have a new skill set on how I want to eat going forward. I have been on every plan, frozen meals, points and even powdered food.. I could lose weight but never felt like I do now! The support I am being given by Dr Luther is immeasurable. I log in everyday with my weight and if I have any questions she will respond immediately. I have traveled and used to come home gaining weight but I have come home losing weight! I think what has been the best is that my husband and my daughter are also on the same journey and we are all successful ! This has been so life altering because I truly have changed the way I look at food. I can not thank Dr Luther enough for her time and support . I have seven pounds to goal and then I look forward to maintaining my weight .

I am very pleased with my weight loss results so far. This program has also helped manage blood sugar and cholesterol levels. You definitely get used to eating more wisely and start to crave eating healthy. It’s so nice being off the carb addiction!

Dr Luther and her staff are outstanding! I was skeptical, could I really lose the weight and keep it off. I had a ton of questions and decided to reach out to Dr Luther. This would be my third weight loss journey. Not only did she answer all my questions via text but she answered even after business hours. That really impressed me!!! She really cares about her patients and being successful in there weight loss and keeping it off. Her program is not fake food. It’s all food you prepare yourself from a list of approved food along with nutritional/homeopathic supplements that come with the program. It’s about combination of food and timing of when you eat. I still have a lot of weight to lose. I’ve lost over 40 pounds in almost 3 months. Dr Luther is always available to answer question and keeps you on track. If you listen to Dr Luther and follow the program you will be successful. Once I’ve completed my weight loss, Dr Luther utilizes Body Composition Analysis and Genetic Testing to create a plan of success to help keep the weight off. So not only do you lose the weight there’s a plan to keep it off. That’s what other programs are missing in my opinion. I always fall back on old habits cause I didn’t have a plan moving forward. With Dr Luther you will have a plan to keep the weight off!!! This one has been the most healthy, effective, and sustainable for the long term. The program was exactly what I was looking for - simple, healthy, easy to follow.

I came to Dr Mary initially to detox my entire body . Felt as if the last couple years post CoVID I was in a fog . I am nearing the end of my weight loss journey and have found this process so beneficial for not just my physical health, but also my mental health. Dr Luther instills the mindset that this is a lifestyle, some may think to be a cliche, but the way this program is structured, it does just that. I can’t begin to say how grateful I am to Dr. Luther and her team for the support I have received since I began this journey. I gained a lot of weight during my second pregnancy and added on to that for the past 12 years. Fast food became the norm in our house; running from one activity to another. My habits not only effected myself, but my children. Now we are all engaged in a healthier lifestyle. Yes, the weight comes off with this program. Is it hard to create new habits? YES! Mary Luther from Metabolic Weight Loss Center is a God sent. Mary and staff are so caring and professional and really care about helping you reach your health goals. This has been very easy to follow, it’s really a lifestyle. Would I love about it the most is that it’s sustainable. Most weight loss plans are not. This is the place to be if you looking to transform your body.

The very minute I connected with Dr.Luther, I felt heard. She listened and knew exactly my needs. Also, everyone is incredibly accessible. There has not been one time that my questions have not been answered.

I had been struggling with menopause weight gain for several years. Nothing was helping me to get the weight off. Even the tried and true that worked in the past. One visit with Dr. Luther and everything changed. The weight came off easily, naturally and quickly!! She is so compassionate and understanding. The daily check ins and accountability made all the difference. Their office as a whole has so much to offer and a wonderful staff to boot!! (Rare right?!?). I’m so glad I found this place!!

Dr Luther is great to work with. She has been very attentive and cares about her patients. This program has a lot to offer however it's not a magic weight loss. I have learned from own experience that you still have to put the work in. Even with my mistakes and off days I am still learning how to make this work for the long haul. Not every day is a success but Dr Luther is always right there working through the program with me. Giving this 5 stars and I know I'll see the results I'm after.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Luther and her program. I wanted to lose weight and get healthy. I found her through Google and the reviews are spot on. I tried many weight loss programs. This one has been the most healthy, effective, and sustainable for the long term. The program was exactly what I was looking for - simple, healthy, easy to follow, whole/natural foods - and NOT loaded with supplements/powders/bars. Dr. Luther is very supportive and responsive, often checking in nights and weekends. The portal is easy to to use for those that like technology. I have already recommended Dr. Luther to others and do so without reservation.

I finally went to Metabolic weight loss center/ Mary Luther after trying to lose 10-12 pounds forever. I always considered myself eating “healthy” and I worked out all the time. I was curious about the DNA blood work which is what made me see her. I haven’t had the blood drawn yet but am one pound away from my goal. It was the easiest “diet” I have ever done and I’m actually working out less and losing weight. Mary is so easy to talk too and is very encouraging. They respond very quickly to questions or messages. I would definitely recommend them😊

Dr. Luther is the nicest and most effective dietitian I’ve ever worked with. She is sufficiently strict to help you stay on track, but also very empathetic to your weight loss journey. And if you stick to the plan, you’ll lose the weight. Simple as that. And she’s always helpful if you have a question about food choices and such, always quick to respond via text or the app. I highly recommend!

I am on day 20 of the program and the results are great. I have lost a good amount of weight, I feel healthier and my blood pressure has improved significantly. I’ve lost about 40lbs so far and feel wonderful. I’m a life long dieter and this is the only program I’ve lost a significant amount of weight on. Dr Luther is a great guide through the process. Metabolic Weight Loss is the real deal. Not only will you lose the weight you learn how to keep it off. Never felt hungry and retrained myself. Their delicious recipes are an added bonus. Highly recommend the program to those who are serious about maintaining a healthy diet!

I highly recommend the Metabolic Weight Loss Center. My experience with Dr. Mary had been and is going great! I’ve lost a good amount of weight so far on the program and still have some more to go but really happy with the progress so far! Dr. Mary has helped me to stay on track and focused with the program! It really helps to see more of a lifestyle change then a quick fix with just quick microwaveable meals. I’ve learned how to cook and what more healthy cooking looks like! I’m really happy and feel more confident in myself and am proud of myself as well! It’s not always easy but it’s most definitely worth it!

For as long as I can remember, I’ve struggled with having a horrible, psychological, relationship with food. Brought on by trauma and poverty as a child, I have always searched for food in order to feel a sense of fulfillment or to find happiness. Dr. Luther has been exactly what I needed to change my way of thinking when it comes to food and honestly, how I think about myself. She has been there every step of the way (literally daily), even when I’ve failed and has always encouraged me and been willing to tailor the plan to my needs. Her plan works! More importantly, her support and knowledge have made me see food from a new lens and have truly changed the “why” I turn to food and the kinds of foods I eat. I’m still 24 lbs. away from my goal, but I’m getting there, and I have no doubt Dr. Luther will be there until the very end. The change can happen fast, or maybe at your own pace (it WILL happen fast if you follow her plan), but either way it’s revolutionary and life changing. I’ve struggled with my weight all of my life, it’s been the food and this plan and Dr. Luther are helping me face that realization and conquer it, for good and for life…for my life!

I highly recommend Metabolic Weight Loss Centers. Dr Mary Luther’s meal plan, vitamins and supplements work great. I carefully followed the meal plan and lost 60 lbs in under 12 months. Exercise not required but I incorporated it and that helped me mentally as well as physically.
You ready for a lifestyle change this will be worth it!

Mary is wonderful to work with - she is serious about the program but also sympathetic when needed. I can tell she really cares, and I'm sure that carries over to other patients. I have started and stopped the program many times but I'm never worried about going back to try again!

The office space is bright and pleasant.
