We had attempted to collect a debt on our own but the client was no longer returning our calls. Within a month of contacting them we came to an agreement with our client and had payment in our account.

The Collection Agency was also able to locate and coach us on things were were unaware of- the clients credit rating (which gave us information on if the client's assets and if we could push for a larger payment) and the legal side of things (if we go to court and the judge orders payment, actually collecting the debt at that point can be challenging).

- I was amazed at the client portal. There was so much information available, and the systems that were in place were extremly thorough. Absolutely EVERYTHING they did was documented- emails, phone calls, voicemails, etc.

The team at Michigan Commercial Collections Agency did an amazing job for us. We hope we don't have to use them again, but will do so if necessary.
