We found McSwain’s Carpet via the outstanding program offered through COSTCO. Gordon at McSwain Carpets and Flooring helped in every aspect of making this process easy and profitable for us as a COSTCO member.

Padilla was very professional and personable. He took the time to show us options when he needed direction. There was an issue with a couple of transition pieces, but he was able to provide a satisfactory solution. We are very pleased with the installation.

We had new vinyl plank and carpet flooring done in our new home basement. Our experience with Mark Lawson, our Flooring Consultant at McSwain Carpets was exceptional. Mark was very professional and knowledgeable in recommending the various choices we had. He even went above and beyond to ship us sizeable samples in addition to the ones he brought with him. The installers were also great and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend McSwain and Mark Lawson
