Kevin & Victor were professional, thorough, quick & friendly. They explained things in a way i could understand and i felt like they were on my team. They were honest about what their concerns were & also gave advice about what i could fix on my own and what might need a second opinion. I actually had fun during the home inspection, which was a nice surprise as buying a home has been pretty stressful. Their price was fair (less expensive than many other options) & customer service before, during, & after the inspection was great. I am very happy i chose Maxwell Home Inspection Services over their competitors. I highly recommend them to anyone buying a house or needing an inspection.
