I needed a mattress as an emergency, John was really helpful, knowledgeable, responsive, listened to what my needs as a customer were and advised accordingly every time, also my mattress was delivered on the same day I purchased.. would recommend doing business with this guy every time , if you need a mattress go see John!

Bought a mattress from John a few months ago. He is very personable and didn't try to push the most expensive mattress on me. On the contrary, he was by far the most reasonably priced of all the mattress places we went to. He even personally delivers all mattresses he sells. The only tip I'd give to someone checking this place out is to call ahead. Sometimes he's out delivering mattresses and the store will be locked. It's completely worth this minor extra effort. I highly recommend John. He will be my go to salesman for any future purchases and for anybody asking my for a recommendation.

Great experience once again at Mattress Direct in Wallingford. John is always friendly and helpful. We have gotten all of our Mattress from here. They are affordable and durable. We also bought the adjustable bed frame from here as well and love it. Very useful to have after surgery but nice to have to watch tv as well. I highly recommend buying all your mattress needs from here.

We are very happy with our purchase, we picked out a king size mattress, platform bed, with 4 drawers under neath. John delivered everything a few days later as promised, set everything up quick, and i have slept on it now for just over a week. The mattress with cooling foam is VERY comfortable and supportive as i have back issues and im not small. My wife and i have been sleeping fantastic and fall asleep just about instantly after laying down. Johns prices are very reasonable, and he is very helpful in answering any questions you may have, i would definately recomend stopping by his showroom before going anywhere else if your looking for quality without breaking the bank….thank you again john 😉👍🏻👍🏻

1-Stop Shopping…
We decided to upgrade from a Queen to a King & found Mattress Direct online. They had great reviews so we figured we’d give them a try. John was pleasant & friendly, he gave us time to figure out what we wanted and his prices were fair. We saw no reason to look further & bought a new bed frame & mattress. The frame was simple to put together & solid wood not pressboard so it should last a while. We were happy to give the business to a local small business & would shop there again.
