I had over 10 years of looming citations that I received when I was younger that all piled up and became WAY too overwhelming to handle (about 10 different citations/failure to appears) . Calling all the different courts, Omni-whatever, the DPS, etc was all so confusing and WAY too costly (and I don't mean just financially— just paying the fees would result in permanent damage to my driving record and only exacerbating the issue). Living out-of-state, it was impossible to report for every court dates in effort to get them dismissed and/or lowering the fees had I done it by myself. It finally reached a point that I knew I needed to seek legal representation to finally resolve these matters. I began an exhaustive search for who would be most diligent and trustworthy to actually FIGHT on my behalf. After roughly a month of reading what seemed like hundreds of reviews And calling numerous offices while "Attourney shopping" , The Markowitz Lawfirm was the ONLY one that stood out to me. Every place I called wanted a large payment before ANY action was taken. My first initial phone call to Markowitz was SO productive. Before even discussing cost, they had pulled my record and began helping sift through all of it. Not to mention, all of this began right before I left for the summer where I would be in the wilderness with VERY little means of contact. Well to make a very long story a little shorter, Scott and his team worked with me in this difficult placement and handled EVERYTHING without me having to be reached every other day. They diligently sought resolution for EVERY case resulting in every single one being dismissed and my license suspension FINALLY being lifted after all the years. I'm in awe of the outstanding customer service , attention to detail, willingness , ethics , and affordability of this firm. I could not recommend The Markowitz Lawfirm enough. Getting the tickets and the Issues they result in is stressful enough. The courts and government agencies seem to speak another language — do yourself a favor and let Markowitz take over. They are well qualified people who speak that language and will actually fight for you.

I was referred to Markowitz from a friend of mine who has issues of having a lead foot. After learning of 100 bucks off the record ticket dismissal they have had I jumped as my ticket was for something school bus related I learned it would be a little more but took the opportunity as tickets in my part due to smaller town could go up to 1200 or more. Got it dismissed and fine was reduced significantly. Will use again if I get pulled over for anything. Everyone should just invest in front and rear cameras to help with dismissals and proof some stops are unnecessary.
