From beginning to end I only have positive words to say about Dr Mark Hood and his staff! Friendly, caring, compassionate and responsive are some descriptors of this excellent team. Dr Hood listens well, answers questions and is the first surgeon to call me the night before surgery to answer questions and discuss my health. I’ve had multiple joint surgeries and certainly know how much difference a superbly skilled surgeon and support team can make in one’s experiences. I’ve had a remarkable surgeon and an amazing team who gave me the best of care for this knee replacement surgery and I couldn’t be more pleased. I give them the highest recommendation! I have had 2 joint replacements performed by Dr Hood this year. I am happy to say that they were both very successful and am very pleased with not only the results but also with the care I received from Dr Hood and his team. Truly exceptional! I cant say enough positive things about my experiences with Dr Hood. If you are considering a joint replacement, hes your man! From his bedside manner to his expertise, you will not be disappointed! Dr Hood has been awesome throughout this whole experience. He took the time to address any questions or concerns about the surgery. He also explained what would happen during the surgery. If I could give him and his staff a higher rating I would as they were all fantastic. Feel like anew man since the surgery.
