I was in an automobile accident on January 26th, 2023. I was referred to Mr. Simon from a friend. Mr. Simon took care of everything for me. I could then focus on my recovery. I did not have to worry about dealing with insurance company's or any medical bills that came in. This was a huge relief for me. I did not want to be taken advantage of by the person at fault or their insurance company. If i had questions or concerns Mr. Simon would contact me to explain.
I was always given the steps that would be taking place during this process. Once everything was settled I did not have to pay any bills. Mr. Simon took care of it all. Stress free!!
Hopefully, I never have to go through any of this again but if so I would definitely call Mr. Simon to represent me. Great experience.

I had a motorcycle accident in a private parking lot, caused by a pot hole. I spent several weeks in the hospital, due to a shattered arm and elbow, broken hip and pelvis. I called 10 lawyers and none would take my case (the ones on tv). Tried one last lawyer in Mark and he fought for me. Always treated me with respect and compassion. Always talked about how i was feeling and making sure I was Ok. Mark won the case and I received a lot more than I thought. If you want an honest lawyer who is compassionate and will fight for you, then you definately want Mark and Nicole.

They both accomplished my case in such a pleasing, grateful manner, which has made me happy and satisfied.
It was a very difficult year I had gone through, I was always mad and sad.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience working with Mark. I had a workman’s comp claim that was initially denied. I had never had to navigate an insurance claim process before and thankfully Mark took on my case and the end result far exceeded any initial expectations I had when I was injured. Mark and his staff were professional, reliable, and at each step of the process things happened exactly as he explained they would.

He also is clearly very skilled at negotiating with insurance company lawyers and got me significantly more than their initial offer. And I got the surgery paid for. Highly, highly recommended.
