Over the past 3 years I personally bought 6 vehicles and referred family and friends to Maricopa Auto Outlet. Roman and Hayley’s “ the owner” always went their extra mile to ensures that I am more than pleased with my purchase. On the repair service of Maricopa Auto Repair, Nick “ the Service Manager” is the go to guy and he also goes out of his way by making calls to get the best parts and savings so he can pass it on down to the customers. BTW, I’ve worked at one of the biggest dealerships for few years and I know what games are sometimes played. I can guarantee 100% there is NO GAMES being played at Maricopa Auto Outlet. You can’t go wrong by contacting Roman or Hayley about any of your needs with a vehicle from purchasing a pre-owned or getting your current vehicle maintenance. StayMotivated!

My entire transaction from beginning to end was OUTSTANDING! My first contact was Nick in Sales. He was courteous & very helpful. He answered my question about the back seat configuration with photos! Some of my other concerns we’re answered by a lovely person Haley (co-owner). She Face-Timed me to show in detail that her feet reached the clutch pedal easily. That was a team effort with the Owner Roman who filmed it! Once I decided to purchase the vehicle—mind you Maricopa Auto Outlet is approx 380 miles from my home—I needed assurance that our trip would not be in vain. I was told that this family business would call me first if another customer showed interest. The vehicle is everything I hoped it would be. The miles driven to purchase it where all worth it. By the time we finished the final paperwork on the car we felt part of the family!! Wonderful experience.

Finally, finally I took my car to the right mechanic and the squeak I have heard forever, when backing up, is now gone! Also after getting some of the best service my car has ever had, I actually feel like my car is new, not a 2004! The front office staff is so friendly and helpful. Nick worked on my car and explained what was done and what they will keep an eye on for the future. Honestly, the best car service I've had in years and they are walking distance to my house! Nick was very helpful and got me out of a real jam. Had a rebuilt starter installed on my truck and the brushes were bad to where my truck started to smoke from the starter and the ground wires were extremely hot . Maricopa auto outlet came to me pulled my truck into there shop repaired it , and got me back on the road safely and worry free.

I have lived in Maricopa for many years and have never been able to establish a reliable mechanic. I am a mechanic snob of sorts. I have taken my vehicles to the same place for the last 13 years, but that place is in North Phoenix and certainly not an ideal drive. I had no idea Maricopa Auto Outlet is also a repair shop. They scanned the check engine codes for free and gave me a reasonable estimate for the fix i needed. My car was finished in less than 2 hours and their work also fixed some of the sluggishness it had been experiencing. I am so grateful to finally have found a local mechanic I can really trust. Thank you to the kind staff as well. Everyone was so welcoming.

I could not be happier with the level of service I received from Maricopa Auto Outlet. I had them replace the brakes on my Kia and check the hoses, The brake job was excellent and the price was very good but what impressed me most was being told the hoses were fine. They could have told me the hoses were bad and needed replaced. It is a pleasure to deal with a honest company. Maricopa Auto Outlet will be my go to place for all of my vehicles.

I was passing through Maricopa on a 3-1/2 hour drive to Yuma when my car engine started to stall. Was able to limp into Maricopa Auto Outlet. The staff quickly did an electronic analysis, found a small problem with the air supply system that they fixed. They noticed also a whine in the A/C drive belt and cautioned me not to continue the long desert drive ahead. Thanks to them I was able to get the car back home for repairs. They did all of this at no charge. I am greatly impressed and thankful for the kind and expert help they gave me. It was a rare and gratifying experience. Thank you Maricopa Auto Outlet.
