I hired Make It Right Service to install a tankless water heater. Jesus was my technician, whom provided the initial quote and completed the installation. He was professional and provide several options to accommodate me. The work was completed in a timely manner, and Jesus kept me informed of the process. Mostly importantly, there wasn’t any hidden fees at the end of the job. I would use this company again and I would request Jesus for my future plumbing concerns.

Eddie and Tony did a terrific job! They were on time, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Our showers abs toilets were clogged due to a sewer problem and both gentlemen explained the procedure and provided me with three options varying in price. Once I chose an option, they got to work and then explained how they fixed the problem. I was given a one month warranty. I would highly recommend this company!!!!!

The toilet was not going down properly when it was being flushed. The drain needed to be cleared, using a hydro wash which worked very well. Jesus and the other two guys that helped with the work. All of you did an amazing job, thank you so much. I will definitely call again if I have any further plumbing issues.

I truly was delighted by the professional manner in which they approached fixing my toilet. They had to remove the toilet and use a heavy duty machine operated snake to clean the drain pipe .Not so easy to do unless you have experience and time and the right equipment. Plan on using them again as needed. Good value and good people

Such a great experience. All in the same afternoon, we had a 4 year old flush a toy down the toilet, causing over flow, and a backed up dishwasher. The man (I forget his name, sorry!) who answered the phone (on a Friday evening ) was kind, helpful and in no time had someone on their way to the house. Jesus is the expert who arrived and before entering, he put on a fresh pair of booties on over his shoes which I thought was nice. He quickly checked our situation as a part of the “free visual assessment “ and helped determine the two things were not related. He spent extra time going over things with me and was very clear and informative, even giving me verbal estimates on possible future services. And because he didn’t need to actually do any repairs, he didn’t charge us a penny. Completely true to their ad. I have saved their number and will absolutely use them again, when needed. Thank you!

After calling 2 other plumbing companies, Make It Right Services came through for us showing up the same day. They gave us a two hour window of arrival time & was in constant contact with us. Gabriel was our technician & he was very thorough, knowledgeable, patient & very professional. Alfredo was his assistant & they worked together efficiently & was in/out of our home in a flash.
This was important to us during this time of the covid pandemic.
