I have had Mainstreet Lawyers Insurance as my malpractice coverage for my office. The Service is exceptional. They know the insurance business. They are proactive about addressing my needs, and treat me with kindness, courtesy and respect. I enjoy working with them. Other firms bid on my business, and with many, I felt like my insurance needs were treated as being taken for granted. In Ohio, we have OBLIC - they are HUUUUGE-- and when they called me- I felt like they could care less about obtaining my account. They wanted my premium-- but they didn't care to know much of anything about my practice. Ultimately, I chose Mainstreet-- a great fit-- and I'm happy to say I've stayed. All the other emails- asking to quote me a rate-- they just don't get it. Mainstreet understands that what I want- is coverage. Peace of Mind. The fact that they give me all this, a low deductible, and do it for less than my local carrier-- and add great personal service? Mainstreet, not only do you have my business-- you've EARNED my business. Keep up the great work!!!
