Daniel provides deluxe customer service, fast and at an amazingly fair price! He even offered to do the window repair on his day off, Sunday, plus travel an extra hour to our home at no additional cost. It seemed too good to be true but not so. He was fast, professional and courteous. Wish he did residential glass, but for sure will be giving him all our business for automotive work in the future!

I can’t imagine an easier way to replace a windshield. Magic Glass was the lowest cost replacement that I could find, and they also were super professional and friendly. They kept to their schedule and always felt very knowledgeable and thorough.

These guys are great and fast they cleaned up the glass very affordable cause I didnt have insurance they came sooner cause I needed it done quickly Ive had them do both my back and front windows and never had a problem and they come with a warranty so yeah good company totally recommend for all ur glass services thanks again Dan the installer for cleaning the glass

This was my first time using Magic Glass to replace the windshield on my 2025 Honda Pilot. Their mobile crew, Daniel and Mike were great. They completed the job in less than an hour and were very conscientious of their work. I have used one of their competitors for years. But after a bad experience, I decided to find someone else to fix/replace my windshields. I called the local Honda dealership, and they recommended Magic Glass. I was very happy with their workmanship, and will use them again if the need arises. Also, a shout out to Smith Diagnostics. A third party who recalibrated my Honda after Magic Glass finished the new windshield installation.

Had a great experience with Magic Glass! Olivia, Daniel and Mike did a GREAT job replacing the windshield on my 1986 Porsche 928. I was told by another glass shop in Phoenix that leaving overnight was required because ...the dashboard needs to come out. Daniel and Mike did this job very well, and did not need to remove the dashboard at all... and they did it while I waited (about 1.5 hours with lots of fun discussions about cars.) Great experience, quality of workmanship, at a very fair price! Will come to Magic Glass for all my glass needs going forward!

If you are one of the unfortunate ones that gets a chip in your windshield or in my case, a need for a new windshield, you’ll be a fortunate one if you use Magic Glass in Prescott. The team was fast and efficient including the calibration process. Even the office staff were very helpful and nice.

Awesome service and response time to obtaining the correct windshield for the vehicle. They are quick with the replacement but Percision with the install. They also have a great warranty and chip return. This is my fourth windshield being replaced my Magic. I tried a shop prior and they were a pain in the Azz. I’m glad I found Magic. You can not go wrong with this shop.
