Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value The right front side of my grandsons car was destroyed by a deer. He took it to MAACO in Littleton, CO. The insurance co. wanted to total it. After talking with Brian along with the added enthusiasm and assurance of a couple more employees, he choose to let MAACO repair the car. They went above and beyond in doing so, and they did it in the time and the price quote they gave him. 12-year old car looks like it just came off the show room floor.The drive from Parker to MAACO in Littleton was well worth it. Great, comfortable and easy people to deal with, very clean facilities. My grandson was super excited about the finished product and the awesome and personal customer service. They didn’t try to over sale, overbid, add on. Straight to the point and no surprises. The crew was very knowledgeable and took a very bad situation on my paint job; brainstormed and made my SUV look new again. Super thoughtful customer service. It felt like they really listened to my needs and how to get me exactly what I wanted. The inspection of the car and the quote was honest and fair. They told me what I would need and what wasn’t really needed so it didn’t feel like they were trying to upsale anything. So thankful to have talked with the staff and to have worked with them.

Recommended by a friend, I called the place up for repairing my wife’s Jeep from an accident. I brought the car in, yes, it was drivable, and then they take care of everything for me from there. They put me in a rental car and dealt with the insurance company directly. I did not need to do anything but getting back into a perfectly repaired Jeep in 10 days! The staff were very friendly, patient, and professional and the work they have done was amazing and the experience was awesome! It is highly recommend to use their service. I had my windshield replaced at Maaco Collision Repair & Auto painting. They did an excellent job, great price since I was paying out of pocket. This makes the second time they have replaced a broken windshield for me. They had estimated it might take up to 4 hours and finished in a little over 1 1/2 hours. I highly recommend this shop.

If you're thinking that MAACO is a 'discount' auto body shop, you haven't been to this one in Littleton. While their prices are the lowest around, they are absolutely the finest repair shop in metro Denver. I've brought my luxury cars there and the attention to detail they provide is unmatched. They are also fast, friendly, and they'll go out of their way to put a smile on your face. I could not be happier!

Ever had an auto repair that came in less than the estimate? I have at Macco Collision Repair & Auto Painting, Littleton. The repair on my vehicle has returned my front fender to factory specifications and it literally looks as good as new (these folks deliver true craftsmenship). I could not be happier with the repair and the fact that they beat their estimate significantly. I’ll never take one of my vehicles anywhere else, they have earned a customer for life!

This shop got my estimate done quickly and without a hassle. After my car was damaged in an accident, other shops I had called were booked over 10 days out. I got an appointment at Maaco in just a couple days. I dropped my car off in the evening and got an estimate the next morning, and was able to pick up my car by 11 am. Frank explain the process well and got everything done quickly. I would definitely recommend this Maaco.

I’ve had my car repaired several times at this Maaco location. Always a great experience! Todd and all the other staff are very friendly and do a great job of keeping you up-to-date on your vehicle’s progress! They always have a much faster turnaround time than any other body shop I’ve called, and make working with your insurance company an easy process! Highly recommended!

I limped my car that I crashed after the heavy snow storm last week off the highway to Maaco late in the day. All of the guys in the office were very nice and came out in the cold and snow to look at my car even getting on the cold ground to inspect it. They immediately called for a rental car to pick me as they said my car was not driveable in its condition. They followed up with me once my car was considered totaled, and were very nice about me leaving my car on the premises over the long holiday weekend. They even came out to check on me when I went back to clean out my totaled car. Overall, these men were just very compassionate in my emotional state, and I’m super appreciative of the kindness they showed me during this unfortunate experience. I would definitely recommend them and return for future services as they show they truly care even when I wasn’t even a customer. Thank you all for the great professionalism and kindness!
