Mark, Andy and the entire team at Maaco were amazing from start to finish. The estimate process was simple and thorough. They were able to address all aspects of my requests. They kept in communication throughout the entire process. I even received photos and a video of the progress. The paint color and quality of work was fantastic. Couldn’t have been happier in how things turned out. Now this 2002 is looking brand new

Just got my truck back after a partial repaint to deal with some bad faded paint and some rust on the hood and roof.

Andy and Kalista were professional and helpful and they were happy to quickly give me a reasonable quote for the job as well as answer any questions I had.

Right now, the truck looks a million times better - the new paint job perfectly matches the original, and they were able to get it done within the same week.

I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised with the experience. They were able to do a quick turnaround paint job for me including some minor body work for a very reasonable price. While there are some minor imperfections, the overall look is fantastic, and I am very happy with the result.

Mark, Andy and the rest of the crew here at the Maaco are just a bunch of great people to work with. They give you a price and a time frame and they do a wonderful job at sticking to it. Maaco on Marx in Portland did a phenomenal job with our truck. They were very easy to work with, timely, communicative, and worked with specific parts dealers to identify opportunities for cost savings which I sincerely appreciated. It genuinely looks like nothing had ever happened to my car, which was all I wanted. While I hope I won’t need more body work done to my vehicle, I will certainly come back if I do. Highly recommend!

These guys were outstanding from start to finish! My car's paint started wearing off from years in the SW. Andy helped me out with the initial quote and made everything effortless from start to finish. They even put new emblems on and textured the door handles for grip! Could not be more happy with how everything turned out and highly recommend them.

I rarely write reviews but every now and then you just have too. This is one of those times. Mark, Andy and Joe were great to work with. The communication was excellent and being able to meet one on one with Joe really gave me confidence these guys knew there stuff. In less than a week they painted my 1970 Camaro SS, Mulsanne blue and it blew me away how great it looked. Not only did they do exactly what they said they would but their blocking guy helped fine tune some of the rougher areas my abilities couldn't handle. I'm now working on a 1951 Panel truck, and yes, I will be taking it to these guys. I highly recommend you give these guys a go!

Mark, Andy and the team at Maaco were great to work with. My 23 year old Dodge Dakota looks better than it ever has! Gone are the dents, dings, scrapes, etc. They’ve all been replaced by a bright, shiny new paint job. I am 100% satisfied with the process and performance of Maaco. The price was unbelievably reasonable. Had I known what I know now, I would have taken my truck to Maaco years ago!

The whole staff was so friendly. They went out of their way to get me an estimate quickly. Then when I called to schedule the appointment for the actual repair, they got me right in. And they even got my car done faster than they anticipated. Furthermore, the work is beautiful my car is shiny and looking good again, I would highly recommend them to anyone and if I ever need them again, I will definitely be going back. And lastly, their prices were very reasonable for the high quality of work

MAACO painted a vintage Volkswagen for us. The VW was in tougher shape and had to be rehabilitated a bit before MAACO took on the project. I took their advice to heart and when ready, MAACO took the project on. The staff was professional throughout the process. The quote was what we paid, there were no surprises except maybe the final price was a little lower-fantastic. The person who is in charge of operations (Jim) runs a tight operation with the workflow. There is no clutter in the yard or within the workspaces and workers appear to have ample PPE. Jim was gracious to allow me a time period to dismantled the car in the parking lot-thank you. The customer sales staff were polite and communicated effectively throughout to allow us to plan on our end. In summary, it is hard to find a shop that will facilitate a project. Almost all shops in this city are "door and bumper" operations that conduct insurance work. I am grateful for MAACO. Thank you. Someday in 2024, I will visit them in the finished project

Mark and his team have taken care of painting my vehicles a couple of times over the last few years. They are very professional, knowledgeable, fair and easy to do business with. Great customer service! Just as important is the quality of work and they do that very well too. Joe, the production manager, is a vehicle painting expert and he and his team take pride in doing the job right. Painting cars can be tricky with all the new colors and finishes, and this Maaco shop understands that and does an excellent job of taking care of the customer and the vehicle. Highly recommend this business

got into a collision accident right after i got my new car, which was a big bummer but maaco got my car back into shape within the next week or so. they did an incredible job and everything was fixed within a week, you couldn’t even tell anything had happened to my car at all! :) i would highly recommend this repair shop because of their professionalism and willingness to help in a timely manner! i have no complaints at all.

I stopped in one day for an estimate. Andy was right there to help me out. He came out and looked at the car and gave me an estimate. Fast forward several months,I called Andy to see about scheduling an appointment to get said work done. He actually remembered who I was, which was nice. They did a great job and got it done a lot quicker than promised. When I picked it up, Andy answered all my questions without making feel crazy. My excellent running 2007 Toyota Prius had severe peeling of the clear coat likely from sun exposure and I really wanted to keep it for five more years instead of buying a new car. It was a great decision to have my car painted at Maaco on Marx Street in Portland and it looks brand new. Both Andy and Mark were very personable, professional and helpful throughout the process. I had gotten other estimates but theirs by far was best choice. The shop was also clean with a comfortable waiting room, great parking and easy location to access. I would highly recommend this Maaco location.

First time I’ve used Maaco and would highly recommend them. I was happy to be able to get my vehicle in A full week sooner as they had a cancellation. The price was absolutely perfect. They did some minor body repair as well and since I knew where those damaged areas were even I couldn’t tell it had been fixed. They did a great job. I did notice a few overspray areas, but was able to very easily take care of that myself. Thank you maaco I love my vehicle again. Your service is highly needed as it is a loop field that is slowly dying out in the Automotive world.
