Wess is the best!! He is really nice and super professional and came sooner than it was expected and he got my car towed faster than ever before and even shared a photo of where the car would be left so I wouldn’t be worried about parting with my car and I would know exactly where it is. He really is the best!! I 100% recommend this towing company all thanks to Wess’ professionalism, kindness, and care with my vehicle. I will use this towing company again for sure. We have AAA. I for some reason there was a 4 hour wait time. We had an accident becaues our breakfluid leaked out. We called M23 Towing' they were able to get the in under an hour with a flat bed. They kept in touch with uoates on the way and the driver was so polite. The price was very affordable. I would recommend them and call them again in the future.

My Jeep broke down and needed to be towed into the service shop. When he arrived, he greeted me with a smile, asked what the problem was and went right to work getting it ready for towing. Because of the problem with the wheels he had to use rollers in order for this to work. There was no agitation whatsoever. I hope I never need this type of service again but if I do, I most definitely will call M23 Towing.

Awesome experience using M23 Towing. The gentleman who arrived to pick up my car was on time, professional, and kind.
He sent me a picture of my vehicle delivered to the shop and a picture of him dropping my keys in the drop off box. And the towing service was only 75 dollars. I would recommend them to anyone.

I used M23 for a towing service. The gentleman over the phone was very polite and gave me a good quote on the upfront price based on the area I was located, and the area My vehicle was being towed to. His partner who drove the truck bed arrived in less than an hour & worked very swiftly. He was also super nice and helpful, and gave me a few tips and tricks. Over all 10/10 customer service, timing, process and price. Definitely recommend.

They quoted an hour, but arrived in 40 minutes. They gave me the name of who I was supposed to meet, as an added level of safety. The gentleman was very professional, hooked up the car in about two minutes. He was also polite. All around a very positive experience for me.

I highly recommend you request Wes personally if you need a tow, he gave me an honest quote for my towing price ( a lot of people down south try to gyp you by not quoting the price once you give the exact location but he didn’t do that. He asked for the exact distance and quoted me out a fair price per mile. I only paid $75 dollars, there is an additional 5 dollar charge if you are using card). He was prompt, knowledgeable, personable, and very helpful. He gave me an hour wait time because of rush hour traffic (I needed a tow during the lunch rush hour) and he some how managed to show up 20 minutes early. If I ever need a tow again I will be using this service and requesting Wes. He even gave me a great car mechanic recommendation!
