I was not looking forward to dealing with the insurance company when a hail storm caused damage to my roof. However, John L with Lotus took the lead and made the process so easy. He was in constant communication with me, my husband and the insurance adjuster. He explained things every step of the way and if he wasn’t available, he made sure to loop in his equally awesome colleagues, Tao and Steve.
