Lionel is the most incredible travel agent!! He planned our trip to Mexico last month and everything went so smoothly! He arranged pickup at airports and made sure we got the best rooms at the hotels (he actually chose the hotels for us and they were perfect)! My wife and I had not travelled to Europe in several years so we decided to use a travel agent to guide us. We searched the web for a reputable travel agency with years of experience and found Lorraine Travel. Lorraine Travel asked for our travel plans and assigned us to Senior Travel Consultant, Lionel Moolchan, who we instantly felt comfortable with and who helped us with every single detail of our trip. Our trip, involving 3 countries (France, Spain and Portugal) lasted 24 days. We flew into Paris where we stayed for 4 days, picked up a rental car, and spent the remaining 20 days visiting Versailles, Limoges, Bordeaux, St. Emilion, Biarritz, San Sebastian, Oviedo, Lugo, A Coruna, Santiago de Compostela, Vigo, Porto and Lisbon. During the 6 months we spent planning this trip, we spoke to Lionel at least once a week and he was always available and willing to answer all questions, even the silly ones. He booked our flights, hotels and rental cars and found solutions to any logistics problem we encountered. Thanks to Lionel’s experience and guidance this beautiful trip went without a hitch. Best travel agent! I usually coordinate my travel arrangements, but like any other mom multitasking with work, family, and other commitments, I had no time to research hotels for our Holiday Christmas vacation. Lionel helped us with logistics and hotels for three different cities. Since we had a diverse group, we traveled with 3 Seniors and my daughter relies on a wheelchair, Lionel was very considerate when presenting options. Not only we were happy with the hotel's selection but all the itinerary recommendations for our diverse group were on point. Lionel is going to be my "Go To" travel agent (AKA Travel Guru)! Highly recommended!

Lorraine Travel deserves 5 stars, no... 100 stars! Especially Lionel Moolchan, whose capabilities exceed those of every travel agent I've used in over 40 years of travel, originating in more than 7 different states around the country. He personally is a 12 on a scale of 1-10! His colleagues in the MyCabinMate App department, led by the amazingly able, rapid-response superstar, Greg, are also far above superior. EVERY SINGLE TINY DETAIL was punch-listed in advance by Lionel, then attended to seamlessly to my best advantage well in advance of every deadline. Lionel & Greg & Lorraine Travel do PERFECT work! They are also completely congenial & thoroughly charming all the while. I could go on for pages, but in sum: if those who aid you with your travel ever disappoint you, RUN to Lionel at Lorraine!

My wife and I utilized Lorraine Travel-Lionel was our agent, for our 25th Anniversary trip to the Hawaiin Islands. We couldn't thank Lionel enough for the wonderful travel arrangements he made on our behalf for our trip to Maui and the Big Island in September 2022. Our Muai accommodations (Hyatt Resort and Spa) were first rate. It was a great ocean front room, completely updated and a perfect location on the property. The grounds and pools were beautiful. The welcome gift Lionel had for us upon arrival was a nice touch as well. Our accommodations in Hawaii, the Big Island, Hapuna Beach Resort and Spa were amazing especially with our free upgrade to the ocean view suite! The property and beach at Hapuna was absolutely beautiful, wow! The rate Lorraine Travel provided and everything it entailed-free daily breakfast, resort credits, free room upgrades was spot on and very competitive. Thank you again to Lionel and Lorraine Travel! We look forward to working with them again.

Lorraine Travel does it right! My family and I just got back from a two week vacation that included four different regions in France. Lionel helped us plan everything in detail. He made sure we had our train tickets, transfers, airfare and tours booked. He also went over all of the “must sees” for each region. Since we were traveling with kids, it was important that they were comfortable and entertained as well. Anyone who has traveled to Europe knows that the hotel experience is not the same as the U.S. Lionel’s recommendations were excellent. We were in the best location and had very spacious and comfortable rooms. He also made sure that breakfast was available which is always a plus when traveling with kids and going in early morning excursions. Lionel went out of his way to check in on us while in France just to make sure we were happy. The attention to detail and customer satisfaction is what sets Lorraine Travel apart. I wouldn’t book with anyone else.

He has planned two trips for me and my family, one to Cabo, which was 5 star everything, and a second, much more complex trip, to Italy, visiting 5 cities over the course of 14 days. Lionel & Greg at Lorraine travel helped us book an amazing family trip to Paris. The accommodation recommendations were excellent and very affordable. He helped us choose the Castille hotel which is in an area of Paris that was easy to access the Louvre, Champs Elysees, Opera Museum, Plaza Concorde, Van Dome, and the Sienne River.
We are a family of four with a young child and teenager. Lionel included a full breakfast daily, dining credits, early check-in, and a welcome amenity (that was unexpected). These perks made the trip much more comfortable for my family.
