This was a great experience. I had pain in my tooth and the wonderful staff fit me in. Dr. Berry was so gentle there was no pain involved. He fixed my tooth and with the new technology was done in one visit. I highly recommend this office.

Receptionists were friendly and helpful and efficient. Appointments right on time. Dr. Berry is an excellent dentist. Explains every aspect of the procedure. Takes extreme care preventing any pain. I came to Dr. Berry in a lot of pain. He was so kind and quickly diagnosed my problem. He was able to set me up with an appointment almost immediately and I was out of pain before the weekend. Dr. Berry made sure I understood the entire procedure and took the time to explain the technology as he went along. He also followed up with me to make sure I wasn't having any issues and was recovering well. The office staff was also incredibly kind and helpful. When I had an insurance hiccup they helped me straighten it all out and were so understanding. The office also plays great music which I enjoyed! Most enjoyable root canal procedure I ever had.

Don’t let your general dentist do your root canal—I had to have Dr. Berry re-do it. I’m thankful he uses the Gentle Wave root cleaning system or I would have had to return for a second visit for my infected roots. I would definitely recommend Dr. Berry to anyone in need of an endodontist.

I was referred by my dentist to Dr. Berry at Long Island Endodontics and I’m so glad I went. The office staff are friendly and helpful and Dr. Berry is amazing. I got a root canal and I appreciate the updated equipment in the office and I felt like he’s the ultimate expert in his craft. I was done in about an hour and I would highly recommend anyone come visit them for the ultimate level of patient care.

Dr. Berry, Was amazing and has a gentle touch. He was recommended to me by a colleague when I was in extreme pain and at my wits end. Within an hour he performed a root canal that was painless and produced no swelling, I no longer needed any pain medication. He also called me a few days later to see how I was feeling, this is world class care. This place is five stars. I hope to not need another root canal but if I do he will be my first choice.

Dr. Berry was patient, knowledgeable, and caring. He made me feel completely comfortable as he determined the problem and rectified it in one visit. Dr. Berry has state of the art equipment and procedures to make the process as efficient and effective as possible. The office is new and clean and each member of his staff couldn’t have been more helpful. There was music playing to help me relax during the procedure and he talked me through each step. Needed my second root canal in about a year. Dr. Berry and his team were outstanding again! The practice uses the most up to date technology and makes the process as smooth and as pleasant as possible from start to finish. I have always dreaded to have a root canal. I told Dr Berry that I'd rather have a C-section than this type of dental procedure. Dr Berry instantly made a doctor-patient connection on our very first encounter. He made sure it wouldnt be that bad. He explained the procedure at length and answered all my questions. He kept me udated on what was going on while I had the pleasure of not feeling anything at all but conscious enough to hear everything. At the end of the procedure, Dr Berry asked me how was my experience, i told him that I can do this again! His service didnt end after the procedure. He made sure I was fine at home that he called me and followed up how I was doing. Speaking of excellent customer service! A+ for Dr. Berry and his team!

Four years ago, I had a root canal done by Dr. Berry and had always remembered what a competent, wonderful Endodontist he was. He genuinely cared. Fast forward to now, I needed another root canal done just yesterday and made sure to return to his office once again, even though I now live an hour away from his office, for Dr. Berry to perform the procedure. He stayed late last night to do the root canal so I’d be out of pain, and I honestly cannot say enough about him and his staff!
