I came in with a unique circumstance after running over freeway debris, and Chad took the time to learn about a very isolated and specific Nissan joint build in order to repair my rear shock assembly... under budget and more quickly than I think even he anticipated! This was my first visit to LMC, but my husband has brought his car here multiple times and we've always been pleased with the outcome. Matt told me the issue was covered under a Ford extended warranty and then he only charged me 1/2 of what the dealership was going to charge for the diagnosis. GoogleI am extremely particular about my vehicles. LMC is the only place I trust to take my vehicles for regular service. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. They take excellent care of my vehicles and I've never had any issues. They are always careful and I've never had any scratches, dents or dings when I pick my vehicles up. They always have my oil and filters in stock. They work quickly and are very thorough. I've never left with a loose filter or oil plug. I've also used the body shop and they do exceptional work. They work directly with the insurance which is a huge help. Their body work and paint are flawless. They truly care about their work and customers.

GoogleThese folks are the Real Deal! Took my car in thinking I needed back brakes. They called back within 30 min and said my brakes were good. No need to replace them at this time. No charge, he said. It's rare to take car to any auto shop these days and they tell you "everything is good, no work needed" :-) I was shocked they didn't try to replace brakes even though I didn't need to!! He said i might need them in 6 months depending on how many miles I drive. I'll be back to them, for sure!
