I went to see dr Lilly for lower back pain and diastasis recti. I have gotten stronger, learned a lot and although I haven't completely eliminated my back pain, I did make significant progress. Happy to report, my diastasis is back to normal.

Dr Lilly is a straightforward, passionate lady. You are expected to communicate clearly, and state your concerns/worries, as that is the only way to make actual progress.

Although Lilly isn't a functional medicine doctor, she does her best to bring a holistic approach into her practice. To me, that was a plus.

As for her staff, I only have great things to say: I've mostly worked with Katheryn, the kinesiologist. She is on top of things - always ready, prepared and with a good attitude.

The downside is they don't accept my insurance. To be fair, none of the small, private clinics do (UHC). Bummer.

All in all, a good experience. As a small business owner, Lilly pours her heart into her business and it shows.

I was referred to Lilly Physical Therapy by my doctor because of low back pain and diastasis three years after I gave birth to my daughter. I honestly thought I was too late to be able to heal my diastasis but Dr. Lilly and her incredible team made it happen. I felt so much stronger and pretty much had no low back pain anymore. A little after my program ended, I got pregnant with my second and knew the moment I had the green light from my doctor, I was going to go back to Dr. Lilly (currently in program). I’ve already seen some great progress! I love her team. They are all amazing, friendly, and genuinely care about your health and wellbeing. It was also really nice that they remembered me when I came back. I highly recommend Dr. Lilly and her team!

Lilly and her therapists were wonderful! They were instrumental in helping me recover the use of my right arm. The exercises were reasonable and progressive. By the end of my sessions, not only did my right arm move better, it was strengthened too. I was able to enjoy my vacation with the use of both arms! Thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I went to Lilly PT after a car accident that resulted in needing back surgery. I had been to a bunch of doctors and other PTs that made me feel like my active lifestyle would never come back. I was scared of moving my body and injuring myself further. The team at Lilly took me in and got me back to activities I enjoy. They didn’t create a cookie cutter program like other PTs had in the past and pushed me in a safe environment. They create a welcoming environment from the moment you walk into the doors. A huge part of my success is because of the continued care I receive there.
