It was pleasure working with Ron. I felt I could depend on his guidance through the whole process. If I didn’t understand anything he would explain the process. If he didn’t know the answer he would find out & keep me updated. I would love to work with him again in the future. He made our experience worth it. If you are looking for a realtor who will not only meet but exceed your expectations, look no further than Kay Douglas of Lewis Realty . Kay Douglas was recommended by friends of ours in the Chesterfield area. We could not be more pleased with Kay and how she handled the entire home buying process.
Kay met me after i flew into the area , by the time I arrived into town she had a few homes ready to view. Kay addressed all my concerns and within 48 hours of arriving I found our home. With 72 , an offer was made and accepted.
That’s when Kay Douglas and the Lewis team showed how professionally they handle real estate transactions, I was moving from over 750 miles away and Kay kept me in the loop every step of the way. I cannot express how grateful my wife and I are for Kay’s communication to us , and Kay acting on our behalf in getting contractors we located into home for inspections and repairs.
