Hello, Prospective Homeowner!
I wanted to take a moment out to recommend Ron Beck of Lewis Realty as a real estate agent for any individual or family searching for their ideal home. Ours was not a unique situation, as I am nearing retirement - yet Ron handled the entire purchase process with expertise, timeliness and excellence. Cheraw, SC is a lovely place. And with the market as it is, my family needed those qualities in a realtor who knew the area - and the requirements for our of state move. Ron was the guy!
Ron had an initial meeting with us and took diligent notes regarding specific needs for our single family home - as well as our budgetary limitations. He provided answers for every question asked and saw to it we had info in our hands immediately. He provided the flexibility for us to make our own choices, in many cases, by providing the list of options we may have needed to consider. He didn't waste our time with homes that were out of our price range (or specifically with My Lewis). He was concerned only for our needs and he utilized all sorts of technology to attain results.
I find Ron to be a master with the contract negotiations, by coming up with a deal that was good for us and made the seller happy as well. Throughout this home buying process, I found there is nothing that escapes Ron's attention when it comes to property for sale in this area.
We also found Ron to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were his only customers, although we know that was not the case. He returned all phone calls and emails immediately and we never felt neglected or unimportant. He is also highly personable with an engaging personality. Ron was honest about some minor changes we would be responsible for - and with the assistance of Mary Anderson (also with My Lewis), their advice worked like a charm.
We are pleased to recommend Ron Beck to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He is hands down the best in the business in our opinion and if we ever needed to move again, or recommend as a realtor to anyone, he will be our first choice in real estate agents.

If you are looking for a realtor who will not only meet but exceed your expectations, look no further than Kay Douglas of Lewis Realty . Kay Douglas was recommended by friends of ours in the Chesterfield area. We could not be more pleased with Kay and how she handled the entire home buying process.
Kay met me after i flew into the area , by the time I arrived into town she had a few homes ready to view. Kay addressed all my concerns and within 48 hours of arriving I found our home. With 72 , an offer was made and accepted.
That’s when Kay Douglas and the Lewis team showed how professionally they handle real estate transactions, I was moving from over 750 miles away and Kay kept me in the loop every step of the way. I cannot express how grateful my wife and I are for Kay’s communication to us , and Kay acting on our behalf in getting contractors we located into home for inspections and repairs.
To top it all off , once we were unloaded and starting to unpack , there was a soft knock on our door , upon opening , we were welcomed into the neighborhood by Kay Douglas.

From the very beginning Ron was personable, informative, and certain in his ability to get us into a home that we would love.

He walked us through all the necessary steps that we needed to take to begin the process, answering any questions that we had along the way.

He was a knowledgable mediator between us and the lender when stumbling blocks arose. (You truly do not realize how much you need someone like this in your corner until you find yourself in the arena and out of your element).
