Lovepreet is the best. She got us the best rate( 2.875%) with only 5% down payment. Where ever I tried to get a loan, they told me 3.2% with 10% down, and she closed the loan in 9 days. She is very kind and responsive. You should definitely try Lending Asset and talk to Lovepreet before you buy a house.
