I have been a customer of what is now Legacy Insurance for many years. I originally chose them because of their lower rates, however, the reason I am still with them is because of their agents, and they are located locally. I can either contact them via Internet, call them directly, or go by their local office. If I have a question, it is answered quickly as are any problems I may have. The team at Legacy Insurance has done a great job with our multiple lines of business insurance for many years. We are in the medical equipment business, which can be difficult to insure because few carriers provide the type of insurance needed. Jessica and the rest of the team shop rates for us each year to help minimize our expense and ensure that we have the proper coverages. Honestly I do not know where to begin. Zack has not only been a life long friend of mine, but even a better insurance agent. I was troubled with what some would call absolute nightmares, seeing that my car was not only in a hail storm, but stolen as well.
