We hired Accu Star twice to do interior demolition. They worked quickly and smoothly, unfazed the 100-year-old dust and dirt in the house. They were careful, responsible, and professional. Nev made sure we kept in constant communication. We are very happy with the work they did. If I ever renovate another house, I have no hesitation to call Nev and his team.

We were referred to Nev and his team by our contractor to use for abatement and additional demo, and had an excellent experience working with the team. Nev is very friendly and professional, and his team was quick, efficient, and left the site tidy. The prices felt fair for the scope of work, and the team was more than accommodating for all of our requests, including arranging pickup of payment when we weren't able to get to the site. Wouldn't hesitate to use Accu-star again!

I contacted Accu-Star based on a recommendation from another company that did some asbestos testing for me. Nev, the owner, came to provide a quote and was a pleasure to work with - he's knowledgeable, experienced and genuine wants to ensure that the asbestos is handled properly. He took his time to explain he abatement methods and procedures. I was doing a major renovation of my home and required asbestos to be addressed in various areas including bedroom ceilings, floor tiles, several main to 2nd floor duct runs and transited siding all around the exterior of the house. Accu-star addressed all areas without issue and gracefully handled a query from the City regarding the work - after which the City notified me that they were fully satisfied that work was being done to standard. I also had Accu-Star do demolition on the house taking down everything (plaster walls, ceilings, electrical, plumbing, old chimneys) in preparation for a renovation and they handled this with ease. They were careful to store items that I wanted to keep such as original doors and air vents. The team came in on a particularly cold weekend (-10C) just to ensure that certain work was done on-time. I could not have asked for more. I would not hesitate to work with Nev and the Accu-Star team in the future.

We are completing a major renovation of our newly purchased home and we needed therefore a complete interior demolition including walls, windows, subfloors, etc. We have received a few quotes from various demolition companies including prices and timeliness. All were very competitive and available to start the work on our schedule. With Accu-Star though, from the very first phone call answered by Amanda through to the last item removed from the site - the entire experience was smooth and wonderful. When we met Nev, the way he presented his company and explained how he stays behind the work he is completing, the experience, knowledge and attention to details made us feel very comfortable with choosing Accu-Star. And we were right! Leo and his crew came always on time, listened to our asks and completed the work with great attention to all aspects (we had other contractors working on site sometimes in parallel with Leo's crew). Throughout the entire demolition process - all our phone calls were answered on time, all requests scheduled and completed on time accommodating a very hectic schedule - great experience. We are recommending Nev and his crew to anyone who is looking to hire a demolition crew that is taking any project very seriously. Thank you Amanda, Nev, Leo and the entire crew! We are very happy with the work you have completed.
