I definitely recommend this clinic, Eleni does incredible electrolysis work and communicates well with what you're comfortable with, ive been going to her for awhile and im happy with my ongoing results. Communication from other staff for booking is great as well, very professional and clean environment.

Overall great experience, Derek is a great person! made me feel comfortable, i was a little hesitant at the start and i asked him a million questions and Derek was able to answer all of them.

Teeth are 100% whiter but it is by a realistic amount (4-5 shades). The look im going for is to have them as white as possible which Derek told me is probably gonna take more treatments which is fine. so il be going back once my sensitivity is gone

Only issue is the sensitivity, im a few hours post treatment and my bottom teeth are in pain and are extremely sensitive to cold temps.

When I first came to Laser Skin & Tricology Centre, I was nervous cause I'd never done a procedure like this before and even thought I'd done the research, I wasn't 100%sure. When I came to thr office, Derek was super nice and very patient about answering my questions. I was also late for some appointments and they were super nice and accommodating. I've been more than happy to recommend this to all my friends cause they are very flexible with scheduling, answering all my questions. I was treated by Simon who was very accommodating. I have fairly low pain tolerance and he has great bedside manners and kept me talking so that I wouldn't feel that much pain. They also provide free consult on the spot, and their prices are amazing. They have student prices and for me, that was their selling point. I'm most likely gonna do other treatments here. I'm super happy with this place, my results and would highly recommend anyone who wants to have effective treatments here :)

Jodi was great. She spent a lot of time explaining all aspects of the treatment, how to take of your teeth between treatments and just proper dental care. She was clear on setting realistic expectations. It was painless, my teeth are definitely whiter and wait for it….no heightened sensitivity!!! When I did it myself, my teeth hurt for a year! I have been having amazing experiences! I am concerned about my acne scars and pimples that repeat arising and gone for a while. Doctor Natalia she is well knowledgeable and professional, provides me sufficient informations and explanations for the treatments I get. I always feel comfortable with her treatment. I feel some results after one session of potenza, I haven’t seen as many pimples as I used to have on my face, and my skin has been getting smooth. I’ve just done a second session, I am excited to see more result in my acne scars!

Esther, my technician, was great; she took the time to explain the process and frequently checked in on my comfort level. The room was private and they played relaxing music which I appreciated.
