We just sold our home in Madison and had a great experience with our Realtor, Joy Wilson. We wanted to sell our home relatively quickly - we're relocating to another state, but of course still wanted to get the most out of our investment. Joy did all the right research to help us set a price that accomplished both. The listing she prepared was super professional: beautiful photos of the interior and exterior, street and subdivision views (including some spectacular drone shots!) and a perfect description of the property and neighborhood that characterized our home to great effect - we listed on a Friday, had exceptional traffic the first weekend and signed a contract with a full priced offer by Sunday night! Throughout the process, Joy was patient with all our questions and super responsive . She answered our every txt and call immediately, and consistently gave us solid advice on everything from making minor repairs and staging the property to responding to the miriad queries from the buyers. She remained focused, unflappable and considerate from the day we first met though closing which made it a seamless, low stress experience for us. Five Stars for Joy and Lake and Coast Real Estate!

We originally had our lake house listed with the same agent who sold it to us in the first place, but she proved to be completely incompetent once on the other side. After one failed closing turned into two, we fired her and called Melissa immediately. Not only did she get us to the finish line with the right buyers at the right price, but she made every step in between manageable. Just because you see someones face on a billboard all over Cullman County, that doesnt mean theyre a good agent for Smith Lake -- we learned that the hard way. Were thankful for Melissa and the service she provided.
Trent Taylor is the best in the business. I needed help selling some properties and he was proactive, efficient, and demonstrated he knew the market and could get the job done well. I highly recommend him and Lake & Coast Real Estate. You will be well represented.

This was our first experience using a realtor and Anne Marie Everett was more than we could have asked for. She patiently looked for properties in our desired area and price range, there wasn't a lot to work with. She worked with our VERY difficult lender then helped us find a local lender , she answered our 12 million questions in such a way that we didn't feel stupid or like a burden. She came at the recommendation of our son and daughter-in-law and I would absolutely recommend her and the company myself.

Anne-Marie Everett sold a 40 acre lot for us, and she was an absolute delight to work with. She had great ariel footage taken of our property, and was available for every question or concern we had. Dawn went above and beyond! We moved from out of state, and we depended heavily on Dawn’s knowledge of the area and her experience as a Realtor to make a fair offer and handle all the counter offers. She was very responsive with all our texts and phone calls, gave us several contacts for work we needed done, and worked well with our lender.
