This was our first experience using a realtor and Anne Marie Everett was more than we could have asked for. She patiently looked for properties in our desired area and price range, there wasn't a lot to work with. She worked with our VERY difficult lender then helped us find a local lender , she answered our 12 million questions in such a way that we didn't feel stupid or like a burden. She came at the recommendation of our son and daughter-in-law and I would absolutely recommend her and the company myself.

Anne-Marie Everett sold a 40 acre lot for us, and she was an absolute delight to work with. She had great ariel footage taken of our property, and was available for every question or concern we had. She handled every detail of the sale, and even went as far as to help the buyers. We would highly recommend her to anyone, and will use her in the future.
