I stayed here after my mommy makeover and extended my stay several times because the care I received from Paige and her entire team was absolutely wonderful and I did not want to leave. The whole team made sure I took my meds on time, made delicious meals and were super knowledgeable in my procedure and gave me helpful tips. They are kind and thoughtful. Even though I was there to recover from surgery I felt like a mini vacay since as a mom I'm always the caregiver and not too often the receiver of it. I was given the opportunity to really rest and focus on my recovery. I highly recommend this place for any post surgery needs.

Laguna Village Recovery provides a top-notch service, with extremely professional and compassionate staff in a pleasant, safe and clean setting. I cannot say enough about the entire experience and would use LVR without hesitation in the further. Everyone was so thorough and they took such good care of me. My room was immaculate and so comfortable and they knew just what to do to help me through my recovery after my procedure. Paige and EVERYONE on the team are exceptional. I am so pleased I made the decision to stay here.

I had my surgery on December 13, 2024 and stayed in LVR for my port op recovery. The after care at LVR was exceptional and the location was spacious and convenient. Highly recommended after care facility.

I stayed here for 2 nights after a procedure I had done. I was treated with the best care and would highly recommend staying a few days to recover. The staff was super friendly and helpful as well as the food was great. The house was super clean, and I honestly didn't want to leave.

There are so many good things I can say but I can tell you I highly recommend staying at least two nights after your procedure. The team is fantastic. Stacy is a God sent. She got me comfortable, managing my pain well and really advocated for me. I’m forever grateful. The home was clean everybody on the staff was so incredibly nice. The food was very good. If ever, I have another medical procedure where I need aftercare I would absolutely recommend going there.

I am so glad I booked my two nights recovery at Laguna Village Retreat after my surgery. It would have be a lot for a family member to care for me those first days. The nurses are very experienced and kind. I highly recommend Laguna Village Recovery.

I want to thank all the women who took care of me during my stay. I most definitely recommend Laguna Village Recovery center to anyone who wants to be pampered, and well taken care of. I especially want to thank Chrishell, if I'm not mistaken, I think is her name (I was highly medicated) she picked me up from the surgery center and took care of me my first night, she was truly and unbelievably so kind and you can tell she loves what she does. I felt so safe and comfortable with her. And that made me feel relaxed knowing I was in good hands with all the other wonderful ladies that also took care of me. They gave me my meds, made sure I had something in my belly 3 times a day, always refilled my water, gave me plenty of snacks, helped in and out of bed, always assisted me to the restroom and made sure I had plenty of pillows, blankets and anything I needed. I didn't want to leave to be honest.

Highly recommend LVR to anyone for post-surgical care. The facility is very well kept up, comfortable, the nursing staff is very caring and tentative to your needs, food was delicious and fresh. I stayed for 4 nights and didn't want to leave.

LVR provides a pretty, clean, homey environment that is perfect for your post op care. The staff is friendly, supportive and cheerful. They offer a wonderful selection of nutrition options however I wasn’t able to enjoy much of them due to extreme nausea caused by the anesthesia.

Setting up paperwork prior to your stay is seamless and I am extremely pleased at how well they worked with my surgeon and his staff — pre & post op. Knowing my surgeon was easily accessible at any time gave me a sense of security & confidence.

Oh my gosh, there are not enough words or stars to give. After a surgery, I stayed in this recovery center. The staff was a 10, the sheets and bedding were a 10. The whole experience was honestly the reason I think I healed so quickly. True story, I did not want to go home, but they did not have an extra night for me. Moral of the story, if you think you might want an extra night, book it....worth it!

I was very impressed with what a stunning facility this is…it looks like a page out of a decorating magazine! The bed was really comfortable but most of all, I loved the nursing staff. I felt as if they were friends. They were so kind and took such good care of me during my stay. I highly recommend this facility and their warm and professional staff.

I know words will not be enough to express how wonderful my experience was.
It took a lot for me to make the decision to have the procedure I did.
To wake up to a very very comfortable, peaceful and just perfect environment was the greatest feeling ever. I can't thank the nurses enough! I literally got a little sad when it was time to leave. I loved it that much.
It will be at the top of my list of memorable moments in my life.
And I really mean it. As I explained to one of the nurses, it was overwhelming to receive such kindness from someone who doesn't even know me. I might as well been family because that's how cared for I felt.
I thank God for having come across this facility.

After an all day procedure, I was delighted to come "home" to Laguna Village Retreat. The staff made sure I was comfortable, fed if I was hungry and made me feel as at home as possible. Great house and care. Comfortable beds with what seemed to be one on one service. I even had the best avocado 🥑 toast. Tiffany was a great nurse and so sweet. Much better & cheaper than staying at a surgical center.

This was my second stay with Laguna Village Recovery and like the first, it was top notch service. The nurse care was timely and professional. The menu was very tasty and diverse. I had a perfectly cooked seasoned salmon with fresh vegetables and rice. They were also very accommodating to the way I wanted to ride in the vehicle. It was the most comfortable position for any major procedure. Thank you Laguna for truly providing me a comfortable, peaceful place to recover.

LVR! I'm so glad I chose to recover here! It was like staying in a home with top notch medical grade care!!!! Worth every penny & everyone was so sweet!!

I have plenty family & friends in OC but I didn't want to burden them to help me with my drains & mess from surgery so I googled "Post Op Recovery" & LVR was recommended.

Prior to me booking... I was thinking of staying at a hotel, ordering food & having someone stay with me for the first 1-2 nights... But when I thought about it, it would have came out to the same, with way less help and I knew the food options wouldn't be as post op friendly...

SO GLAD I BOOKED LVR! Here's my highlights...

I stayed 1 night preop to settle in... They sent a car to pick me up at John Wayne.

Cindy (the owner) took me to my surgery, picked me up & took me to my post-op appointment too.

I stayed 3 nights Post Op... & received the best care! They had all the pillows, an adjustable bed, leg circulation devices, an Internet TV that had netflix & youtube... & a 24 hour menu that you could order from. Literally anything you would ever need was a call button away.

The food menu was PERFECT for post op care... All very healthy, light & digestible.

The staff administered my medications, so I didnt even have to think about it... as well as came to check on my pain levels & vitals.

My lymphatic drainage massage therapist came to me in the comfort of my own recovery room... (She was also recommended by LVR).

They made my recovery a breeze & I was sad to leave on day 4!!!! I definitely recommend them to anyone that wants to recover away from their kids/family or is traveling to OC for surgery & needs to stay in town.

The care you receive here is top notch...

TRUST ME... the last thing you want to do post-op is walk yourself to the door to pick up food deliveries, or walk into a hotel, or even get up to open the hotel door. BOOK HERE... you won't regret it!!!
