Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I upgraded my wife’s simple wedding band to a diamond and ruby semi-eternity band for Christmas and they were able to size it on site while I waited. Quite pleased. Plank road store is an improvement over the previous mall location. Give a local Kranichs a try in your jewellery purchase.

Friendly and helpful. Resized 3 rings and they all fit perfectly. Couldn't tell they had been resized. Bought necklace and earrings for my wife. She's happy, I'm happy! Not cheap, but you get what you pay for.
