Both Kendra and Dave were very helpful and friendly. Dave helped with getting the battery changed in my husband's watch and also helped me find the right size to resize my rings to make them feel comfortable on me. Worked with Stephanie to look for a Christmas gift for my niece… she helped me pick the perfect piece and it was super affordable! My entire experience here at Kranich’s has been nothing short of exceptional! I called in looking for an elongated cushion/radiant diamond. They had one in stock so my GF and I went in to try on settings and see the diamond. She loved it! So while one of the other sales associates distracted her, I bought it. Everything from the start to end was just a fantastic and smooth process.
Both Farrand and Kailey were amazing, and both were incredible to work with. They were very knowledgeable and overall great to work with. I plan to work with them more in the future.

So I'm a repeat customer for over 10 years. I've purchased watches, rings, necklaces, and earrings form them. They've always been very professional and super nice. My most recent purchase was on a whim, hoping that a designer they work with still had some old stock from a sale a few years back. I had a wonderful experience buying my first luxury watch from Kranich's. I initially meet with Mark when I went into the store to try on the watch(es) I was interested in. Ended up putting myself on the registry for 2 of them. I was able to have some back and forth communication with Stephanie about these watches/my interests in them. She was great! I received a call about 5 months later and when the caller ID showed Kranich's Jewelry I had a huge smile on my face.
