So I'm a repeat customer for over 10 years. I've purchased watches, rings, necklaces, and earrings form them. They've always been very professional and super nice. My most recent purchase was on a whim, hoping that a designer they work with still had some old stock from a sale a few years back. Within 15 minutes they had contacted them, found what I was looking for and basically had it on it's way to me. If you're looking for jewelry in the Johnstown area, give them a shot. They will prove themselves worthy of your business.

My absolute favorite jewelry store. The associates are so friendly and so patient I never feel rushed or pressured. They take the time to explain things in detail and never get frustrated with my questions. A great selection and even better service. I travel 45 minutes just to use this store and will continue to do so.

Kranich's has been amazing with me and my fiance. When I came in for an engagement ring they were personable and so helpful. They helped me find the ring of my dreams so that I could ask my best friend to marry me (which I did at Disney World). The staff at Kranich’s were so nice and helpful. During my visit they made calls to numerous manufacturers on my behalf in search of the perfect wedding band. They even offered a discount since I mentioned I worked at Conemaugh, and cleaned my engagement ring for me while I was shopping. I would absolutely buy from Kranich’s again!

I visited Kranich's Jewelers today and have to say it was an amazing experience. Exceptional service and vast selection of high-quality jewelry. The staff including the people that help me (Amanda and Mike) were nice, knowledgeable and helpful, taking the time to understand my needs and preferences. Over Christmas I went in to Kranich’s to buy my first pair of diamond earrings. Julie helped me and she was so amazing to work with. She helped me find something in my budget and helped me pick out a style that is beautiful and classic. She also cleaned my rings so my earrings and rings are now on the same cleaning schedule.

Both Kendra and Dave were very helpful and friendly. Dave helped with getting the battery changed in my husband's watch and also helped me find the right size to resize my rings to make them feel comfortable on me. Worked with Stephanie to look for a Christmas gift for my niece… she helped me pick the perfect piece and it was super affordable! We browsed through the online catalog and placed an order to make it in time for Christmas… my order arrived 3 days later!!! I was expecting a week, but it came so quick! My entire experience here at Kranich’s has been nothing short of exceptional! I called in looking for an elongated cushion/radiant diamond. They had one in stock so my GF and I went in to try on settings and see the diamond. She loved it! So while one of the other sales associates distracted her, I bought it. Everything from the start to end was just a fantastic and smooth process. Both Farrand and Kailey were amazing, and both were incredible to work with. They were very knowledgeable and overall great to work with. I plan to work with them more in the future. I would definitely recommend Kranich’s to anyone looking for jewelry/watches! I definitely plan to buy my next watch here.
