Attorney Louis Kosnett represented me in a civil matter that involved a Landlord & Tenant issue (that culminated into a UD, habitability (mold) issue, etc.). Louis and his office was outstanding in their communication. He has a proactive style in representation, and you will even get to know the nice guy. Nice guy? Who wants a nice guy attorney you ask? Aren't there enough AH attorneys? The reason that I say nice is that he knows who the client is and he is very professional in his demeanor and interaction. I also believe that he can "pull-on the AH Coat" when there is a need to, but he is also smart (strategic) enough to keep his eye on the matter to be most effective in being either "nice" or "not so nice", whatever the matter requires. I have worked with MANY attorneys as a paralegal (many years ago - Defense Employment Law, Bankruptcy, Construction Defects, and Family Law), and so I can appreciate professionalism, tact, and being able to close for the win.

Louis was amazing from start-to-finish as he facilitated my matter during the COVID pandemic (2021 and that matter was ultimately resolved in 2023). I was not the easiest client, but I trusted Louis’ legal advisement without question. He is very calm, strategic, ethical (“yes, I said ethical”) and he always gave me the truth (direct, no metaphorical scenarios, just the truth) and without the need for the preemptive (from me) truth serum. I would definitely reach out to Louis if I ever required legal representation or advice. His support staff (Santiago) was also a pleasure to work with as well.
