I had a new unit installed July 4, 2023 this year. We have had nothing but trouble getting the company to come back and find out what was wrong. I called Artic Air they came out and change the filter and told me that was what the problem was, my AC quit working again and I called Artic Air back and ask them if they could get me a quote to redo my entire AC and help me out. They never called me back nor did I ever get a quote. I went to the Facebook trading post and asked for recommendations and help And you guys were recommended a couple of times. We have a really good friend that also said you guys were amazing and so I put in a private message to you guys online. Shortly after I sent a message, you guys texted me and came out today and helped me out with my unit. I am so very thankful for you guys. You were very professional, you were here when you said he would be, and I know if I have any problems you will be back quickly, I will highly recommend you to my family and friends and thank you so very much. You don’t know how much I appreciate you right now and what you have done for my family. This town needs a company like yours and I so appreciate it.

Man I cant thank ****************************** and the gang at ************* for coming through for us on such a short notice and getting my install done!!
