System installed 2011 and still works great. Comprised of Dechloranator, Softener system, filter by-pass and K5 system. Regular service about every 12-15 months for approx. $450. Including new pre, post, voc filters for K5, new rope filter for main and full system review. Dealer network was issue from time to time past years but recent changes by Kinetico GTA have resolved this issue.

I have the kube and it works pretty good . I don't keep it on all the time because I want to save on the filters . I have a separate water glass container with a small tap . I only turn it on when refilling the glass container and when I need filtered water for cooking . The only complaint I have is the flimsy switch on the kube kit underneath the kirchen sink . It is still working after 8 or 9 years but when it goes , I worry that I will have to buy a new water filter kit .

Excellent Filtered Water System!

Purchased new system and added a RO as well. Sales rep that came to our home to do a water analysis was excellent and extremely knowledgeable. She set us up with what we needed and listened to our concerns. She answered all our questions. When the installer arrived. He took him time and did a fantastic job. Once David was done, the system was tucked in nice and neatly, with ample space to get in and be able to easily service the unit when required. He then took the time to go over everything with me.
Highly recommend this product, along with the personal that installed it.

Installed Kinetico full home system as the water we had was very hard. We could notice the difference in water quality right away. The product is great.We were supposed to get the system inspected after installation but no one showed up to test.

We have installed Kinetico water softener and the filtering system last week. We are very much pleased with its functionality. My clients also installed after I have recommended. One of my client needed to replace his pipe from the citi line, when it was removed we have shocked to see the GI pipe full of rust and clogged particles it was so shocking there are so many people unaware of that danger which brings lead also into their drinking water. We are very thankful to the Costco and Kinetico.

I love the water quality after installing the kinetico system. Can definitely see and feel the difference in water quality.
The sales rep explained clearly on how the system functions, tested and showed us the results of existing water quality which was very helpful.
After installation I was told they'll do a post checkup to test the water quality to see if the system is functioning properly.

However no one showed up. I checked with the sales person a few of times and was told I'll be contacted but it's been a year since and I'm still waiting for that call.
Hope the costumer service is better for when I need them.
