I want to brag on Kevin a bit. Over a year ago I posted our wants/needs on a Idaho property page. He reached out and asked if we needed a realtor he’d love to help us. The initiative & his drive impressed me. His attention to detail and really listening to what we wanted was on point. He didn’t hesitate (being from here) to mention things he thought was important to note but also I’d ask if we should mention so & so to the seller and he would have already done it and was on top of it. He worked for us 100% even though technically he was being paid by the seller. He is very good at his job but also is personable. But doesn’t foo-foo things ;). No “bsing” if you will.
We’re thankful for his help over this last year.
