I had the best experience with Just Jump USA! I didn’t get the guy’s name who came to help jump start my car, but he truly made a difference and was so upbeat and positive. I was so frustrated at first but he was so reassuring, great with communication, calm, collected, so professional, and he truly put a smile on my face. I was in Tallahassee and my truck wouldn't start. Bad battery. Just Jump USA was who my insurance rep contacted and sent. It was very quick; the guy was very nice and thorough. He jumped my truck off and I was able to drive back to Havana to Rusty's NAPA store and get my battery replaced. I also learned that I could have called them directly, but to be honest, I didn't know such a service existed. Now that I do, I'm telling all my friends. It's good to know that if I ever need a tire changed, a battery jump, or fuel, that I have someone I can call.
