We were looking for a roofing company that we can depend on and have a long term relationship as we buy fixer uppers every year. We’ve checked out other roofing companies but JTO Roofing is one of the best in the industry because of their transparent communication, excellent customer service, reliable service, affordable prices, and highly dedicated and competent team. I would like to express our deep appreciation to the team lead Dustin. We found JTO through a referral from our good neighbor and he referred us to Dustin. After Hurricane Ian hit Florida, we reached out to Dustin. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, respectful, patient and he provided excellent customer service from start to finish! He is truly dedicated and passionate about his work. He goes and above beyond! We are so thankful for his expertise and for effectively leading his team to successfully complete our roof replacement. They installed beautiful new roof and gutters! Dustin kept us informed and updated the whole process. He was very patient with us in regards to our insurance coverage and financing options. He addressed all of our questions, helped us coordinate with our insurance to make sure everything is covered, helped us with our HOA, and he ensured all concerns was addressed and resolved. Saw them doing a job for a neighbor. Was impressed by them getting it done without a lot of laying around. Work team was motivated and the neighbor's house looks great.

They inspected my place and got the job done quickly and it really looks great. I had some leak damage in my garage and they really did a great job making those repairs.

Very satisfied with the final product and the followup. They did what they said which was great. My account manager Randy kept me informed and had a great sense of humor which was helpful to guide me through my first big project.

Would definitely recommend.
