JR Bath did a super installation of a new neoangle shower. It is beautiful. The two installers were very efficient and knowledgeable. Had "JR Bath" of North Canton, Ohio remove two 50's installed bath tub systems and replace with two walk-in showers.
We are completely satisfied with the workmanship and quality of the product. Eric, our installer tech, was exceptionally competent and efficient. Even had to have an electrical switch moved to an outer wall with no issues. The Delta fixtures are high quality as is the finish wall and base details.
Both installs happen in two days as promised.
The total process from Sales, (Hilary) and Scheduling (Katlin) was smooth and clear.
We would absolutely recommend JR Bath based on our experience.

The shower unit is excellent, installers were very courteous. But, the communication is not the best. We left several messages without any return calls on scheduling. The money we spent you would think they would at least return your call.

We were very impressed with the quality of Brad's workmanship and the materials used to install our new shower. Brad began by going over the work plan with us, updated us as needed during the tear-out and installation process, answered our questions clearly & fully, protected the living area around the project with throw-cloths, and overall was respectful of our home and us. We were upgrading our bathroom from a tub to a walk-in shower. We highly recommend J R Luxury Bath & Plumbing to anyone considering upgrading their bathroom.

JR Bath sent David to redo the walls of my shower. He was very nice and easy to talk to and courteous too. He did a fine job and it looked very nice in the end.
He could’ve done a better job cleaning up, but I won’t hold that against him.
I would definitely use JR Bath again.

Did a tub to walk-in shower conversion and it was completed in one day. Additionally, we were working with a HISA grant from the VA and JR Bath assisted with the paperwork. Wonderful professionalism from the Sales to the installer. I would not hesitate to use them again. Great to work with a local established company.

As advised, JR Bath assigned two installers to remove the tub and replace it with a walk-in shower. The men worked efficiently and without breaks to finish the job. Because the tub had been installed when the house was built, the plumbing was attached to the middle of the tub. This made the removal more time-consuming and necessitated extra labor to correct the plumbing to the head of the wall.
I was very pleased with the attention given to the shower. The end result is wider and very accommodating for my use. I appreciate the two grab bars, the larger shower head, the non-slip mat for the shower floor, and the corner shelves for bath supplies. Just exactly what I envisioned! Thanks JR Bath!p

Had a new walk in shower installed by JR Bath, they took out the old cast iron bath and installed a new amazing shower, looks beautiful and the two installers were amazing. Had it all done in a day, even though we had a very heavy rain storm. Highly recommended, very clean and professional throughout.

The installation of my new tub and shower was finished this afternoon and it looks outstanding! I'm so excited! The young installers did a wonderful job cutting the pieces of the shower walls precisely to fit and installed them with amazing expertise after removing the old items and hauling them out to take away for me. I appreciate that they cleaned up after themselves as they moved along through the project and when finished, removed every indication they'd been here. I couldn't be happier with how my new bath looks and will enjoy it for many years. It is just fabulous! Thank you so much!

Gorgeous work!! Friendly and confident workers. We are SUPER happy with our new bathtub and shower wall. We loved our sales rep, and the installer was great too. They were both very understanding of our hectic home with three kiddos ☺️ we only had a shower stall in our main bathroom before the install, so we are really enjoying the deep soaker bathtub with kids! Our experience overall was amazing. When we called to schedule a shower to bath tub conversion our rep Hilary came out to go over design and take some measurements. She was friendly, professional, and enjoyable to work with. She went over all the numbers and got everything set up the way we wanted it. Then when our install was ready our installer came out (don’t remember his name). He was also great. He took care of our home putting down covers to keep construction debris from damaging anything. He was courteous and efficient. His work looks great and was done right the first time. Everything is getting so expensive these days so while this bath remodel wasn’t ‘cheap’ it was a great value. Definitely a company I would recommend for anyone doing a bath remodel.

Awesome from start to finish! We are very pleased with JR Bath. The installer came on time, kept the bathroom clean, minimized the noise, and installed the walk-in shower flawlessly. The installation was professionally done and completed in two days. The installer was very friendly and attentive to our questions. He took time to work with my mom on placement of the grab bars and height of the shower seat to accommodate for her mobility issues. Having been installed over two weeks ago, there have been zero issues. The shower looks great, it’s very spacious, and we highly recommend you check them out.
