Very respectable people you have working for you knowledgeable, work was fantastic. Our shower looks great. Brandon installed our shower and it was fantastic. He worked nonstop till he got it in if we have any more work done we will be asking That he does the work for us. Brandon was the technician that removed our old fiberglass tub/shower and installed the new shower system. Brandon did a great job of keeping the bathroom and surrounding area clean after each task. We are very pleased with the quality and appearance of the shower. Great job. I've added a photo showing the old tub/shower space and a photo of the completed shower.

Brandon was very kind, helpful in answering all questions and options, and very professional for the 3 days of instillation. Our family went about our daily routines without any issues. That is huge as I work from home, 3 other adults also work - away from home, and my handicap senior sister never skipped a beat in her routine and care here with me.

The end results of turning our ancient Sears box of a shower into a beautifully functioning and safe twice the original size shower is simply remarkable. I truthfully stood in the shower and cried! Just amazing that this shower that we never even dreamed we could have....is here! Thank you for not only meeting and succeeding all expectations - but making our dreams a reality!

Our one regret we have is not adding another shelf of some sort. Please contact Ken and I and let's see if there is a solution for extra storage, please and thank you!

Fantastic job. ******* came to remove a giant soaking tub from the home we just purchased and install a beautiful walk in shower. He was courteous, punctual, diligent in his work, considerate of the home, and cleaned up after each day. He also walked me through the do's and don'ts of cleaning and maintaining it. We recommend JR Bath! Every person we felt with was personable and professional. The installer, Eric, was very skilled, neat, considerate of time and property, pleasant and knowledgeable. Brandon was a delight to be around and worked very hard to make sure our demolition day was comfortable for us.
We love our new bathroom and walk in tub. The tub has every amenity imaginable; including aroma therapy and lots of jets. We have already recommended JR Bath and will continue to do so.

The tech Brandon was very professional in his interaction with us (my mom and I) as clients. He was very persevering and focused in all phases of his work and also was mindful in accommodating the clients for the purpose of installation of final accessory details as the corner shelves and grab-bar positioning. His diligence during the demo procedure unfortunately resulted in breakthrough damage of the drywall in the room immediately adjacent to the tiled backside bath wall. He was very apologetic for the mishap and did not hesitate to inform us of the mishap. He stated that someone from JR Bath would contact us during the following week (after the installation), for plans for personnel to be dispatched to repair the two damaged sections of that adjacent wall surface. The installation has been quite appealing and we certainly have been pleased with the set-up. My biggest concern during the installation was that Brandon, while undoubtedly demonstrated unparalleled competence in handling the job complete from start to finish, was not provided with an assistant. I say this, no because of the fact that he requested to be able to remain and to work into the early hours following sundown, to complete the job in a single session, but rather as a matter of safety. Particularly during the demo operation, if any incident would occur that could result in serious personal injury, then without an assistant present, the man could have been in a situation of dire stress, particularly since the clients were in another portion of the home for their own safety. I strongly believe that a single tech assigned to an installation is a rather risky practice. Finally, as a client, we should have been given an invoice detailing the proposed and agreed upon work, along with details, not only for transactional and accounting purposes, but also as a record of reference, in the event of questions or future concerns.

The actual build was great. Brandon did a great job and took great care to make sure I was informed and comfortable with everything. Brandon was professional and courteous the whole time. The new shower looks great. Awesome to have it done in one day. Brandon even took care of the wrong ordered part. As for the sales pitch, I felt pressured to buy on that day because they would only offer the discount or price on that day. The sales guy wasn’t pressuring me. He was fine, but the company tactic was pressuring. After talking to a friend, sounds like I over paid by $2k anyways. So I suggest don’t take the offer if you’re being pressured to take the discount that day only. Do your due diligence and price it with other companies first. If JR wants your business, they can price match then.

Brandon knew his product well. He showed the different style of the insides of the shower and discussed the various safety factors, which was the most important part of the of Brandon’s excellent presentation. The installers worked continuously until everything was cleaned up and loaded on to their good looking , colorful ride back home. I am pleased , happy and proud of my walk in shower, which was finished in one day. Thank you JR Bath!!👍👍. That’s 2 thumbs up!!!

Our initial meeting with the sales rep went very well. He listened to our wants and needs and made an occasional suggestion and was not pushy.

The installation also went very well. The installer showed up on schedule and worked methodically and kept us in the loop. He took care to clean up along the way and did a thorough cleaning at the end. He thoroughly briefed us and answered the few questions we had after the job was completed.
