We had a tub to walk in shower conversion done and JR Bath did a great job. The whole experience went very smoothly, from the time sales rep came to the house to do estimate and installer finishing the project. Finished product is Beautiful. They offer excellent products at reasonable prices. Couldn’t be happier.

Our installers showed up 9:00 almost on the DOT. The whole process took a few hours everything done in one day and they cleaned up their mess on the way out the door. We love our new shower and appreciate the extra room we've gained by doing so.

Did a great job. Removal of bathtub and put in a shower stall. Love it. Nice guy installed it and knew his stuff. Cleaned up after. Very professional. Only tok 2 days. Love the results.

Great first impression at the showroom in Canton. Very informative and professional. Sales manager came out within two days to measure and schedule. Again, very informative with discussion of all options. Estimated time for installation was 6-8 weeks, but done at 5 weeks. Scheduling was easy and very quick. Two installers removed the old tub/shower and installed a walk-in shower with interior options we chose, in 7 hours. The finished product was all we hoped for. Highly recommend.

They were hired to remodel my mother's bathroom for easier access. This involved removal of the tub/shower and replacing it with a walk-in shower. The job was done in a reasonable time and the end product is very appealing and functional for her needs. I would recommend using them for your remodeling. Very professional and competitively priced service.

I was involved in all areas of this remodel, including discussing and planning all the way through untll finishing. They had a budget and they stuck to it with no surprises along the way. The staff and installers were GREAT and very professional. They removed all of the trash and hauled it away. Also they finished the project early. My mother is ecstatic with her new walk in tub. Just a wonderful company it is very rare to say that someone over deliveries but JR BATH did just that.

After 30 years we were looking to update the fiberglass shower and tub/shower in our bathrooms so we thought we would stop in the JR Bath showroom to see what they had to offer. Really liked what we saw, so we scheduled an appointment to discuss further. Dan Zerby came out to our home that evening and answered all of our questions without trying to oversell the product. We wrote a down payment check that night to get things rolling on the shower upgrade. Liked everything so well that we had the tub/shower upgraded a few months later. The tub/shower was a much more dramatic change as we eliminated the tub and went with a large walk-in shower. The laser-etched grout lines are incredible; they give the look of grouted tile but is actually one solid sheet that's easy to clean and infused with Microban. We've had many compliments from our friends & family and are very happy with the work that's been done.

JR Bath was a great option to get a new shower/bathtub installation! They are a local, family-owned business which makes them very accessible and I got a new shower/bathtub installed in about 4 weeks from the receiving the estimate. The workers who did the install were very professional and were thorough in their work. I am confident that I made the right choice in choosing JR Bath and am very happy with the results!

We had our shower completely renovated.... the bathtub came out and we were given an ADA compatible shower. They cleaned up after themselves and the guys were super nice and helpful.

Incredible!
They installed a custom designed large walk in shower. Finished job is FANTASTIC.
The installer listened to all my requests and adjusted the install to accomidate my requests.
We had 8 quotes and JR Bath was the most affordable.
The materials are top of line, the quality that you would have expected from the higher bidders.
They they also swept up their work area in the garage as well as vacuum the carpet in the bathroom.
Do not hesitate, call J R Bath. You will not be disappointed. A+++

I had a 43" x 76" new construction framed enclosure with the plumbing and lighting already installed.
J R Bath installed the pan, walls, ceiling, all trim around the entry and window, and a recessed alcove for shampoo & soap. They also installed all the unique fixtures and ceiling rain heads I had already purchased. They also installed a bench and entry sil that were leftover quartz countertop pieces from our bathroom and kitchen install. Some of the other companies refused to bid on using my fixtures, plumbing, and bench & sill.

I have had my shower installed now for 2 months. I love it. The team was friendly, professional, and explained everything to me. The job was done in less than 2 days. The walls and floor stay clean. The drain works great and stays clear of hair. The shower head is great, the handles are in perfect places, and the chair has been a great help. I strongly recommend JR Bath. They did exactly what they said they would do. The best.

It was supposed to be a rwo-day job. Two gentleman showed up the first day on time to start the job. On the second day, only one came, which slowed down the job, and turned it into a three-day job. The guy(s) were very professional, very organized, and kept me up-to-date all along the way. I love my new shower, and I would recommend this company.

The whole process was very easy, getting a quote and arranging installation date. Had a few minor scheduling issues but that was quickly resolved. The day of installation was terrific, the crew was fast, very friendly, and did an amazing job! I would recommend JR Bath and plan on having more work done by them.

We have had many home improvements and upgrades over the years. This is one job where we were sure we made the right decision as the job was finished. The new shower compliments our existing master bath and is a vast improvement of over the “shower stall” it replaced. An excellent choice was the nearly frameless shower door. It allows in more light and also shows the beauty of the shower. The installers, Ethan and Caleb, worked a long day to get the job done in one day. There was little interruption in our day through the whole process. We got four estimates for this project and went with JR Bath. JR’s Daniel was the first person to give us a proposal and his informative presentation set a high bar for the others that followed.

Entire JT team of Daniel, Dan & Brandon were very professional and customer oriented. We were very pleased with their work product and would highly recommend them to our friends & neighbors. We were a little worried because they were located in Canton and not the Cleveland area, however, they completed our shower installation promptly and followed up with us when we had any questions. They are fortunate to have such exemplary personnel!!

I saw JR Bath at the Home and Garden Show and got a free at-home quote. I really liked my salesman Phil H. who was personable and not pushy. He invited me to their showroom to see the products in person which was helpful for me.

After talking through all the different options in the showroom with Phil for a good hour, I decided to move forward! About 2 months later my new bathtub and shower were installed. The two installers were very polite and got the job done in the time they said (2 days.) I’m really pleased with how it looks and can’t wait to start using it.

(I’m in the process of updating my whole bathroom, so lots of work going on around the new tub/shower combo as you can see in the pic. JR Bath was unable to remove the soffit so I got someone else to do that.)
