What a terrific and agent !! Jonny Phillips went over the top to get us our house, several video tours, took our calls weird hours when we needed him, and negotiated visits at off market listings. He found us an amazing house at a great price and closed the day it came on the market. He is a great listener, has an endless positive attitude, and is extremely patient. He has a strength for researching comps and market values in depth and was our voice of reason and he protected us very well during the whole process. He really made the process enjoyable, definitely has my trust !!!
