Carsyn was great from the moment we walked through the doors to try on rings. She was very educational and helpful when we had questions on diamonds and the process of getting a ring. She was not pushy with selling and seemed to have our best interest in mind. Her communication and promptness was great and we are happy with the ring. We walked into a few other jewelry stores in bozeman and did not get the friendliness we did here which made the choice to go back easy when we decided on what we wanted.

Jewelry Studio has been super helpful throughout my entire process of buying an engagement ring. They helped simplify a confusing and stressful decision. Carsyn helped me first weigh different design options and ring designers to find the best one for my fiancé (she said yes!!). Charles helped me find the perfect diamond to fit the ring. He explained all the factors in buying a diamond and which ones are most important. Charles also helped me find a great diamond at a reasonable price. Now that my fiancé has the ring, they educated me on insuring and caring for the diamond and ring. I recommend Jewelry Studio to anyone looking for an engagement ring (they also sell other jewelry which I am sure they're great with too). Charles has been my jeweler for over a decade now. He always knows how to find the right piece and has even helped find custom diamonds and gems and then set them on his settings. The customer service is great and I appreciate their support for the military. I am a customer for life.

Ken was so knowledgeable about everything in the store. He guided my fiancé while he picked out a beautiful setting (that I absolutely love!!) and was extremely helpful when it came time to pick out the main diamond. Ken, Charles and Patricia operate the most professional and beautiful family owned studio imaginable, exclusively representing the finest designers as well as featuring their own custom designs. I had on my mother’s vintage ring that belonged to her mother before her. Ken could not resist cleaning that ring to it’s amazing original brilliance. I said to Ken, “You know, you are keeping memories alive!” Jewelry Studio in Bozeman is the only place you need to shop if you want the most premium jewelry and finest personal service to be found anywhere.

I have been doing business with Ken for 3 years now.. They go above and beyond to accommodate your needs..I had been to a couple other jewelry stores in the area prior and the staff and class of Jewelry Studio far exceeds any that I've been to.
Great location, easy parking, and well worth the visit every time.
If you don't want to look for a parking spot for 15 minutes downtown and want exemplary service and quality do not look any further.

We walked into Jewelry Studio on a whim and were warmly greeted by Ken. My wife, Joni, browsed for about 3 minutes before becoming dazzled by an 18kt ring crowned with 3 colored Montana Sapphires. It had been designed by Ken and was truly magnetism at first sight. Since we had not planned such a purchase, we talked with Ken about our backgrounds and similarities, glancing at the ring from time to time. The wonderful service by this warm man, along with this gorgeous piece, finally confirmed the sale. Joni will need to wait until our anniversary to receive the ring and it will certainly be worth the wait!

Ethan was a lot of help, I had just came in to get a resize for my brothers cubin link bracelet. As we waited for that, he went through earrings; necklaces; and rings. He gave us a background story of some jewelry. He then helped me find the necklace I wanted and for a great price. My husband and I went to Jewelry Studio to upgrade my wedding bands after 27 years. We had planned to look around at several locations, but after meeting with Patsy and browsing the selection, we didn't look anywhere else. Patsy met with us and answered all of our questions. I left with pictures of my top three choices and after 2 weeks finally made a decision.Charles guided my husband in choosing the diamond and took a lot of time explaining the different qualities of diamonds and letting him look at them under a microscope. I wanted two matching bands to go with my ring and Patsy and Ken went out of their way to special order bands that would compliment the setting. I trusted their good judgment and eye to make the set complete. Now that I have my rings, stopping in to have them serviced and cleaned is very easy and done on the spot. The whole process from beginning to end was seamless and we liked supporting a local, family-owned business.
