Jackie is the best.... Helped me when I needed to move asap. Always there for maintenance, always professional. Never have giving me or my family any problems. Even threw pandemic she was understanding. Very good realty company. I have had a few slum lords, so I know how it feels to be mistreated or over charged for rental fees. She has never done that to my family

I've been working with several Property Management company before but I finally find my final destination with J&K for almost 7 years. J&K, Jackie is the point you can trust, smooth services and especially responsive. She answers the call or your contact point right away. The transaction are clean and clear. No hiding fee and/or telling you around, around and around like other company. This is a pretty good way she has been built Loyalty customer. I started using J&K management this year to manage a property for me. It was becoming difficult for me since I live out of town. Jackie is always super helpful and very timely in her response. She found a high quality tenant for me more quickly than I could utilizing background checks. Wish I had found her years ago! Highly recommend if you are looking for a property manager.

I wish the property management had some sort of online portal set up. It’s a pain to have to drive all the way to the building in Newport News every month just to pay the rent. But our property manager is quick to reply to requests, even on weekends, and is always very helpful. Our only complaint is the lack of ways to pay rent.

We love working with J&K Property Management! We moved out of the Virginia Beach area in 2013, and were lucky to find Jackie. We were a bit hesitant about renting our house out, knowing we wouldnt be back in the area, but weren't in a position to sell. Working with Jackie has made having a rental very eas, and we plan to continue working with her as long as she'll let us! She had a tenant in our house remarkably fast, and has managed extremely fast replacement when a tenant leaves. Communication is prompt and when needed, she stays on top of maintenance issues, and her fee is straight forward and affordable. Highly recommend J & K Property Management to anyone who needs a property manager!
