Jafco Plumbing and Sewer recently completed a waterline replacement project for us. We couldn't be more impressed with their work.

From the start, Jafco demonstrated efficiency and excellent organization. They arrived in well-coordinated teams, equipped with a truck fully stocked with all the tools and materials needed to handle every aspect of the job. This level of preparation was a great sign--and they absolutely delivered.

The project involved complex, multi-step work: excavation, pipe replacement, city inspection, refill, and even restoring the landscape. They also went the extra mile by fixing an impacted downspout along the way. What could've been a prolonged and stressful experience was instead completed smoothly in just a few days.

Beyond their technical skills, their customer service was outstanding. Their contact was responsive, quick to return inquiries , and answered all our questions with clarity and professionalism.

Excellent Service from Jafco:

Called them out for a 2nd opinion on a plumbing issue, and found they outperformed previous vendor. Communication was clear, upfront, and accurate. The confidence and understanding of my issue as it unfolded made it easy to trust them, and it paid off when their crew arrived and were very polite, respectful, and very neat and clean, and most importantly fixed the issue.

I worked with Josh primarily, and he was a calming force for a homeowner out of his depth with plumbing/pipe issues. Would highly recommend, and while I hope to never need them again, if I should they will be my first call.

The excavation crew: Luis, Miguel and Geoffrey were excellent. They were knowledgeable, good communicators and after performing an excellent job relining our sewer on time, cleaned up so well you could not tell they had been here or excavated a big hole in our yard. Josh and his crews at Jafco Plumbing & Sewer were absolutely great to work with. 1/2 of our side sewer was out of commission and needed to be cleared to run the clothes washer and dishwasher. The first crew worked until 9:00pm to get that side operational. Later we had both branches lined (the main and the greywater lines) and repairs to a branch that connects to a gutter. Josh did an excellent job of keeping us updated throughout and responded quickly to any questions I had. They also did a fantastic job cleaning up afterwards. At almost a century old, our 1930 Seattle home has its share of maintenance and repair needs over the years and I will definitely be calling Jafco the next time a need arises.

Jafco was the first to respond to a request for a quote on a Sunday evening and had someone out at my house on Monday. The problem was bigger than a simple fix so they had to schedule a follow up visit. Garrett and Joe did a great job, fixed the problem faster than they estimated, and were very courteous. I called Josh at Jafco because one of our gardening team members discovered that the client's grinder pump was leaking all over the floor of a basement, causing terrible mold to creep up the wall and nasty water to go everywhere. Josh had a plumbing manager, electrician and water restoration team out there in a matter of minutes. They got it diagnosed, the mess cleaned up and testing begun on the drywall. The new pump was ordered and set up with the plumbers and the electrician once it arrived. The customer service was exemplary, the process was seamless, the communication outstanding! It really made our client happy. I will call Josh whenever we have a need for a plumbing/sewer issue.

We had been dealing with a failing 75-year-old concrete sewer pipe and finally reached a point where rootering out the roots was no longer a viable option. I quickly reached out to a few companies to help us out with an estimate and Dakota at Jafco gave us what we needed. We had a reference from a neighbor and Jafco proved up to the job. Digging an 11-foot hole to reach our plumbing happened in 1 day. And 24 hours later, we were fully up and running with a new lined pipe and full sewer services. While not the most exciting thing to invest in with a house, there is a definite sense of relief to know that this two-decade old pestering problem was, once and for all, taken care of. Jafco's folks were great, post-job clean-up was immaculate, and the job was done on time and on budget. What more could I ask for?

Jafco performed a repair to a side sewer liner that failed. Very happy with the work, and it was a great experience overall. The entire team was professional, competent and efficient in getting the job done. The bid was in line with others, but these guys provide a 25-year warranty for parts and labor with any underground sewer repair - speaks volumes to the fact they aim do it right the first time, and the quality of their work. They were hands down the clear winner, plus no cringe, creepy and condescending interactions unlike other companies. Many thanks to Josh my project coordinator for his expertise, good humor, kindness and respectful nature in answering questions and addressing concerns throughout the process. Highly recommend them, and will reach out to them again for plumbing work in the future.

Starting from giving the quote to executing the project went really smooth. Josh kept me abreast of all the updates whether it was getting the permits approved or talking to the engineering team at Alderwood water. The work was perfect. What an amazing experience with this company. Office is always quick to answer their phone. We had Garret come out for a quote on our basement macerator pump and he explained EVERYTHING and answered all my questions. We've dealt with other plumbing services and were grossly taken advantaged of but not with Garrett. We ended up going with this company and will continue to do so from now on. The day of service, both Garrett and his colleague Joey came out and did an amazing job. They took their time, installed new pump, test multiple times and then took the time to run through what they did, reminded me of warranties and services guaranteed. I recently bought a fixer-upper with far more plumbing issues than I had bargained for. Jafco is the first call I make every time something new comes up. Garrett did a great job! We had water pressure that was so high it was bordering on dangerous and causing other things like our hot water heater to fail. He was very communicative and honest about what we needed to do to correct the issues and for our safety and also for what we elected to have done in addition. He even gave us several quotes for what different options of what we wanted to have done. He explained everything and showed us what he had done so that we could understand how it works going forward. He went above and beyond by offering to try to help us with our water heater even though that's not his specialty.
