Wade came to the house with samples and even ordered additional ones so we could look at the options we liked. The service and communication were great. The installers were professional, careful, hardworking, and courteous. overall, a really good experience.

Jade Flooring made getting our carpet replaced very easy. Wade came to our house with samples and helped us decide on what we wanted. He has a lot of experience with carpet, very friendly, and no pressure. Installers were very professional and through, they did an excellent job. They also moved the furniture for us so we didnt need to hire a different person to move the larger furniture. I highly recommend Wade Flooring

Rustic River Cabins enjoyed working with Jade Floors. Wade came right to our property with the samples so I could take them into my two cabins. It was nice to have the samples come to you. Very easy to schedule my job. They gave me a date of install and the install company was there that day. We had one small hiccup and it was resolved in seconds. Everyone was very professional and easy to work with either over the phone or by email. Our cabins look great.

I seriously considered 2 other local flooring companies before deciding on Jade Floors. While they actually were the cheapest, the price was not the determining factor in going with Jade. Wade was great to deal with in the entire process. He listened to us and guided us in our product selection which ended up exactly what we wanted. They were always very responsive and communication was great. The install team led by Abraham was awesome. They were meticulous and paid attention to details. They cleaned up great each day. We could not be more pleased with the finished product and highly recommend Jade Floors.

Excellent communication, and the installation was absolutely top notch. 3 levels of new carpet, and the installers worked with us to keep the house livable over the 3 days.
