We purchased a Roland digital piano for my son and the entire experience from the point we walked into the store through the purchase was pleasant. GoogleWalked into the store on a Saturday afternoon. Randy was available and he walked us through the store and showed us all the new and used pianos based on our budget. We didn't buy a piano from Jacobs Pianos (yet) because of the change of plans but the whole experience was really pleasant. I like the working style of Randy. He helps in making the decision rather than being a salesman. He gives his inputs, guides customers, discusses pro/cons rather than doing a sales pitch and putting pressure to make a decision on the spot (with some discounts or incentives). They have a large variety of Steinway, Essex and Boston pianos. They are dealers of Steinway. I recommend this place if you are looking for good used and brand new Steinway/Essex/Boston Pianos.

He was very patient and allowed me to try out any and all pianos that might meet my needs. He also offered to voice one piano to match my personal taste, which ultimately led to my purchasing it when I came back to play it a second time. A very professional, no pressure experience.
