Jacob's Piano has great collection of Acoustic and digital pianos. We purchased a Roland digital piano for my son and the entire experience from the point we walked into the store through the purchase was pleasant. I worked with Randy finding just the right piano for me. I guess I walked in at the right time because there was a special going on and it did save me money. Walked into the store on a Saturday afternoon. Randy was available and he walked us through the store and showed us all the new and used pianos based on our budget. We didn't buy a piano from Jacobs Pianos (yet) because of the change of plans but the whole experience was really pleasant. I like the working style of Randy. He helps in making the decision rather than being a salesman. He gives his inputs, guides customers, discusses pro/cons rather than doing a sales pitch and putting pressure to make a decision on the spot (with some discounts or incentives).

They have a large variety of Steinway, Essex and Boston pianos. They are dealers of Steinway. I recommend this place if you are looking for good used and brand new Steinway/Essex/Boston Pianos.

As a pianist, my lifelong dream was to own a Steinway grand piano. Valerie at Jacobs music helped me make my dream come true! The store had a wonderful selection of Steinways and I was very comfortable taking time to play several of them. My final selection was the Steinway Grand B and I am overjoyed! I had the piano delivered a week later and the delivery was excellent. I love my new Steinway and appreciate the help I was given by Valerie at Jacobs music to make a decision of a lifetime. I would highly recommend Jacobs Music.

We purchased our Steinway model D 9' Concert Grand Piano from Jacobs Music in January of 2023. Ed Creamer, our sales representative, and the rest of the Jacob's team were incredibly welcoming, accommodating, knowledgeable beyond measure, and worked to ensure that our piano purchase experience was stress-free and enjoyable. We received a world-class piano at a more than generous discount, they were honest and upfront on costs and even allowed the church to experience the piano in person before a final purchase decision was made by the congregation. Thank you, Ed and the rest of the Jacobs team - you are simply the best.

Tony was very friendly, professional, and well-informed about all of the different pianos they had to offer. He explained the differences between the different brands and types of pianos, and the different costs and values between them. He was very helpful in explaining the best fits for what my friend and I were looking for. The after-sale service was quick and easy. I received a call to schedule for my piano's delivery right that afternoon after purchasing from the piano delivery company. The delivery men were quick and careful. And, I received follow-up to schedule the complimentary tuning service on the day my piano was delivered. I'm really satisfied with the friendly, quick and efficient service provided by Tony and Jacobs Music throughout this entire process, and looking forward to our continued relationship in the maintenance and care for my piano for years to come.

Jan is the best! Felt so great to have my Yamaha C3 tuned after 4-5 years originally purchased at Jacob’s. I felt extremely comfortable with Jan in our home and she was super patient with our giant puppy saying hi. Booked her again for a full tune and cleaning in 6 months! Thank you🙏🏼💚🎶🙏🏼

Excellent experience. Bruce is very experienced and knowledgeable with great technical expertise about pianos. He explained the differences in various pianos and answered all my questions. He was very patient and allowed me to try out any and all pianos that might meet my needs. He also offered to voice one piano to match my personal taste, which ultimately led to my purchasing it when I came back to play it a second time. A very professional, no pressure experience. Highly recommend that you visit this store and speak with Bruce, even if you are just interested in "looking."
