Ismael Cantu at State Farm is definitely my good neighbor! 🙌 If you need an insurance guy who’s actually there when you need him, Ismael is your guy! We recently had a flood at an apartment we were renting. It was a complete disaster! All I had to do was call Ismael and he made things so much better! He got our claim in and got the ball rolling to get us into a much better living situation. This was the second time I received amazing help from Ismael. I have both auto and renters insurance with him. Both times Ismael was on top of it and made the situation much, much better. I highly recommend Ismael Cantu at State Farm for all your insurance needs!! Thank you, Ismael!!

Working with the State Farm agent, Cindy, I honestly cannot remember a time when it was this easy to get my car insured. I did not have to go into the office to meet with her. We handled everything by email and text. Even when I was so busy with work and didn’t have my glasses with me, Cindy took the time to breakdown the different policies and prices, send them to me via text. And then answered all questions for me patiently and with grace. Honestly getting car insurance has always been so dreadful, but I would highly recommend her And this State Farm agencyto all of my friends.

I have been working with Ismael since my old agent retired over 6 years ago. I appreciate how he answers all my questions and talks me through the "what ifs" and how I will be covered. Recently, he has worked with me to lower my rate after all the insurance companies in Texas raised them. We were able to figure out a plan that works for my family.
